There are numerous issues faced by a society in context to globalisation. Yes, the proliferation of non governmental organisations results in incapacity on part of governments as the government of any country is majorly dependent of performing operations with the help of non governmental organisations. The increase in such organisations causes issues or challenges to perform functionalities in effective manner. NGOs are considered as an innovative elements in context to human social organisations and takes important steps to address local as well as global challenges. Compared to its non-national successors, the nation-state's most important impact is the establishment of a standardized national identity through government policy. Creating mandatory main education national systems is usually related to popularizing separatist discourses. The nation-state model means that its population is a nation united by a common descent (Nwosu and et. al., 2015).I think it is good to moving on with this existing model in term of exploring the small and medium scale organizations and groups towards more growth and development and it is essential in terms of determining the changing duration for better results and themes. As the world is moving beyond Westphalian nation-state model, numerous activities are driving changes such as organisational activities, collaboration of multiple countries, non interference principles, international integration and many more. The next step for the evolution of society are socio cultural development which will reduce complexities of nation to perform business operations other than state laws. According to me, government will be overwhelmed with such new environment as it will improve economic situations of any nation and will enhance employment opportunities for regional people that will increase collaboration among international countries and domestic business (Antrobus, 2013). They will adapt numerous policies to meet constellations of new opportunities or challenges. By understanding the environment of such new system, government will frame some critical policies that will benefit them face the challenges. Some of the policies are climate related policies, international trade policies, re framing obstacles into opportunities, utilising creativity to overcome similar obstacles and many more. With the changing scenarios, government authorities will become increasingly decentralized as due to the diverse business opportunities available to adopt new system. Importance of leadership in such new system is that it will maximise efficiencies of any country and help in attaining international goals in effective manner. Transactional leadership as well as system leadership will increase awareness related to the set new reforms and will help in overcoming drawbacks of the existing system which will guide countries, organisations.
