Further it will discuss theme 1in which they explain the role of women in order to rebuild the communities after disasters.Besides, how charities focus on capacity building also they will give sources and techniques tomaintain the sustainability. Besides, in second theme it will explain the risk of children inpoverty circumstances. How many challenges and discomfort they will face in their routine life.It will focus on the relationship between children to their parents. In third theme, it will definethe role of women to carry on things in positive manner. Overall this present essay will cover theall important aspects of Global children which helps to understand the actual position of childrenand their surroundings. Moreover, in fourth theme they will explain the different culture isrequired different approaches and methods to accomplish the NGOs target in which they coverseveral aspects such as, respect, tradition, religion, culture, age and women and matriarchalsocieties.CONTEXTNGOs is the non profit organisation which establish for the social welfare. Its main aim isto develop the human growth and helps to those who is not capable to meet the needs of their dayto day life (Black and et.al, 2017). Its run for providing help not to earn money or profit. It formsby group of member which is organised on a national, local or international level. It is a taskoriented and driven by people with common goal. NGOs provides services for humanitarianfunctions, give importance of social welfare human development and provide guidance and helpsunsustainable people. They also protect the human rights and their environment safety.For start up Non Governmental organisation then it takes long process and require somenon profit charitable entrepreneurship. It requires resources and proper material to implement theplan according to correct manner (Broyles and et.al, 2015). The person who wants to start theNGO they need to make strong vision and objective for the development then arrange somefinancial resources to collect the fund for the NGO. NGOs collect funds through several big
organisation in the form of charity and donation. It is very beneficial for the companies whodonate high amount of funds and money for the social development. NGOs need to approachhigh business man to collect the fund. Besides, after that they need to abide all laws andregulations which is required for NGOs., After that need to get registered from government laws.They also need to collect members and support team to manage all the other functions oractivities to build strongest NGO. They also make sure to make some points which is verynecessary for the NGO (James and Prout, eds., 2015).NGO RegistrationNeed for NGOPrepare final objectives of NGOPrepare required documents for registration.Purpose and requirement according to the objectives such as locality, area and otherissues.Provide legal consulting to get NGO safe and secure and get register all memorandumand get company certified.It is must for the non profit organisation to make sure that they perform all taskand provides services to sustain the human development. They also need to provide socialwelfare and human development, child development. It also makes sure to get better results andenhancement process (Leung, Chisti and Pavia, 2016). NGOs plays a very significant role inimprovement of country welfare its main aim is to protect the human life. They have to ensurethe country to free the environment and give extra development opportunity. The main purposeof this organisation is to ensure the development opportunity for the humans to reduce thenegative impacts and help to reduce the poverty situations. Overall, it makes country strongerand sustainable. These NGOs aims are very significant and essential and approachable to coversthe country needs and wants. For that company needs to adopt all important services and growthto develop the services to protect the human rights and child development opportunities. It alsomakes environment positive and enhance integrity among the people to maintain the healthy andwealthy environment. Overall, NGOs are the most fruitfull organisation which helps country tomaintain the economy rate and maintain the environment positive (Liu and et.al, 2016).
