• Global events are those events which are organized at global level where people are gathered from
all around the world and gather attention of media at higher level. Some of the examples of global
events can be considered as- London Fashion Week, Met Gala, Coachella, FIFA World Cup,
Paralympics Games, Olympic Games and many others.
• The FIBA World Cup of Basketball is an international basketball competition which was started
back in 1950. It is the international basketball federation and the world governing body of
basketball.
