INTRODUCTIONEvents are defined as mechanisms that allows interaction between the document'selements and some events related to the system and user's actions. Events that are conducted atworld level means involvement of various countries involved these type of events are describedas global events. Participation of all the countries in the event helps in establishment of goodrelationship that is required to maintain healthy relationship. London's Excel Exhibition Centre isone of the event management organisation which has already hosted many international events.The organisation have seen success of Olympics Venue 2012 and to understand current marketseveral information is required by the business (Billings, 2018). This project report is based on the described information regarding global events andevent industry. This report will include diversity of the event industry, including its structure andplace of different type of events within society. Factors that influenced the development of theevents industry on both a local and global level. Evaluation of the key factors that haveinfluenced the development, structure and organisation of the entire industry. Essentials forsuccessful planning of specific events is mentioned in the report. PART 11. Diversity of the global event industry and place of different types of eventsEvents are organised in current market scenario for various festivals, parties, businessceremony, sports and for entertainment. A team of experts managing all the activities to makethe event successful is involved and they are termed as event managers or organisers. Managingbig events is performed by a well established event management organisation as they are moreefficient to perform all the activities with large team (Burson and Wright, 2015). Organisationevents at global level such as Olympics is performed by Excel Exhibition Centre in a successfulmanner. Event possess diversity on the basis of size that are described as- Local or community events: Events that are performed at regional level. These events ifof civic, political, public or educational nature. City festivals and circus and other public eventsare covered under community events. For example- Celebrating Christmas at some heritageplace will be a community event.
