leadership was very persuasive, likable, and
determined (Hill & Rennella, 2012).
He was given credit of being a good leader of GEC
committee because:
In initial two years of GEC operation, members of
GEC team are from cross cultures, yet they were
comfortable with each other.
Team members adopted various roles as per their
expertise.
Members had healthy competition between them.
