INTRODUCTION
Global health is define as health of population at biggest level. At globalised level,
chances of delivering better and effective health care services is more appropriate because many
voluntary and health care association already working over at (Belz and Peattie, 2012). Hence, it
is really essential to understand about concept of global health and sustainability properly so that
determined outcome could be gain. In this report, a theme got selected which was poverty and
access to healthcare and on the basis of that selected are of interest will stated as lack of
government focus on poverty which create insufficiency in providing better healthcare services.
This project will used to present a briefing paper to government so that determination of poverty
at such level get evaluated with related factors. Along with this, another major issue which used
to included in this project covers poverty affect health care. Moreover, another topic will related
with homeless individual in developed countries. Such kind of consideration get discuss with
various graphs and charts better.

Poverty is define as major issue in all over the world which need to understand properly
by government so that they could facilitate effective and better options to draw beneficial
attribute in nature (Charron, 2012). This attribute impacted ability to access health care services
as well. The major issue which going to discuss through this project arise due to lack of focus by
government on condition of regions as well as they also not made their focus properly on
delivering better health care services. Although, poverty impacted the health care unit most
because lack of resources get underpin as well as a major reason behind spreading of poverty
would be more spending on leisure not on better and appropriate well being things of their
regular life. Thus, a major issue which discuss will be poverty with lack government focus with
insufficiency in providing better healthcare services.
This get done through crafting a better briefing paper which really matter for an
individual. This briefing paper reflect poverty and access to healthcare and really matters so that
such kind of condition could be improved in better frame. Thus, government could focus on such
aspects better so that determined outcome could be resource better which assist in improving
poverty and access to healthcare as well.

Background
Poverty is define as major problem in UK which restrict many individual to gain better
and determined services (Frenk and Moon, 2013). Although, from past few years, UK resident
spend more on their leisure rather than focus on better and determined services in frame. Thus,
with increase in spending on leisure and not focus on their well being through savings, chances
of such poverty arise. Thus, hey already took loans from banks which not getting paid properly.
UK is one of a most richest country in the world but there are certain number of crises arise over
there which define as major reason behind such kind of poverty. Such crises are homeless, debt
and food with healthcare. All these lead to relate with poverty in UK which create a vast
interruption on living of individuals. The reason behind poverty in UK could be define and
termed as:
 Inequality in wages
 High renting cost
 Debt repayment
 Unemployment and long term uneconomic activity
All these are termed and stated as major reason behind poverty in UK which need to
understand better and in appropriate manner. More than 60% individual not getting appropriate
wage as equal to median earning (Frumkin, 2016). This define and arise situation of inequality in
wages among various people and create a situation of poverty as well as such individual not
getting better and definite health care services. Another thing which standardise as major reason
behind poverty in UK is unemployment. Currently more than 65% individual face a crises of
poverty in frame. Although, tax slabs are getting increase day after day which increase number
of cases of debt repayment. 4 out of 10 individuals getting failed in repayment of bank loan
which they took in order to fulfil their desires. This restrict them to perform things better and in
determined frame so that influences of poverty could be controlled.
Health care units determine that poverty made a vast influence on delivering better
services because of spreading in communicable diseases as well as major infectious diseases.
Although, individuals do not have much resource in order to gain proper treatment due to not
having appropriate money. Thus, this lack of health care access situation arise due to not having
sufficient money and vast number of individuals are unemployed in frame. Thus, such aspects
need to understand by government properly so that they could focus on poverty in better and
