Thus, HRD plays a vital role in enhancing the competencies of individuals in anorganisation.The present report incorporates critical evaluation of HRD and its importance indeveloping entrepreneurial behaviour of individuals. This report undertakes a proposed newmarket and the impact of global HRD practices which will define its strategical structure. HumanResource Management of the company will undertake a new segment of buyers for the existingproduct of the company. The report undertakes McDonald's expansion into a typical new marketthat is China. Thus, in order to meet thegoals and objectives of McDonald's, the company is recruiting the best talent thereby makingefficient use of it (Davidson and Wang, 2011).
