order to collect relevant information from existing theories, models (Lê and Schmid, 2022).

Research design- The researcher will choose exploratory design because in qualitative
method, this kind of research design is helping to generate insight the real situation at the
time of research analysis.
Research approach- In this study, scholar will focus on select a deductive approach
because it is based on the creating a relational with existing theory, identifying the
appropriate results or outcomes of the global pandemic and accelerating workplace

transformation supports the staff members to balance work life during the global pandemic.
REFLECTION & RECOMMENDATION
I have learned the major attributes throughout the project. I have learned major skills
that are related to critical analysation, effective researching power and time management.
Also, the knowledge regarding the using of appropriate research methodology has been gain
by me. During this research I had numerous experiences. The critical analysation skill helped
me in developing my personal opinions and theories in relation of the project topic. I will use
this skill in my future as well so, I can effectively analyse the different aspect that is related
to my task. The another skill that I developed during the project is effective researching
power. This helped me to generate the effective outcomes. I parted my main goal in small
parts and due to this, I made effective focus over each activity. This has further enabled me in
terms of completing my project task on time.
The major recommendation that is needed in terms of performing such projects in
future are entitled with using those methodologies that has not been used by me during this
research. In-future I will use the Quantitative methods for collecting data as the qualitative
method is consists of certain limitations and that is, the textual data can be proven wrong that
can impact the outcomes of research (Sheard, 2018). Also, I will use non-probability
sampling as the probability sampling is concerned with the random selection of the people
and does not use judgemental concept. In context of collecting data, I will prefer the
secondary sources as it leads to analyse the different sources and it consumes less time while,
primary methods is time-consuming methods that delays the results (Lawton, 2019).
CONCLUSION
The above report has comes over the final conclusion and that is, the pandemic has
impacted the workplace transformation from all aspects. Often, it has created the positive and
negative influence over the workplace. Also, it has been found that, the scenario of workplace
during and after the pandemic has become different. Thus, the pandemic has been enable
businesses to have a vision in relation of adopting transformation along with this, the drastic

response in order to manage and control work, completing every tasks in the specific
