PRIMARY REFLECTION:
At starting point, it seemed clearly that idea about re-enactment coming out very challenging.
Notwithstanding, As an financier I was applying and learning from a down to earth perspective the
larger area of appropriate hypothesis that to be used in effective business and when re-enactment
started it becomes majorly intriguing and roused. It was showing strong conflicts to summarize the
individual take part in group. An idea to gain crystal clear standards can be done with relaxation
activities. No one can suppose the vulnerable to overcome the financial options; as a result it was
derived that we can encourage each other to work in the way as we follows in particular
environment. Instead of argument at some necessary moment, the problems I found during the
relaxation in the end to hand out precisely and the selections were brought out from both sides
would affect the major development of an organization.
The provided reflective writing is mainly based on the model developed by Kolb model of reflection.
The model mainly refers to experimental learning. Kolb model of reflection is based on the
experience which and individual owns. The provide diagram will emphasize on the said stages.

It is greatly accepted that to working as and in team, lots of ideas and knowledge were shared with
each other, but in my scenario, I was not able to share my thoughts and couldn’t be able to express
anything because of my lack knowledge in sections of business. At some extent, I requested to my
group members as I couldn’t merge sentiments with them as I found that I had lower

communication skills to share my views and crystal clear ideas related to assigned topic. They gave
me pressure to generate some views according to our topic related demand. Later on I have made
few points in favour of topic but I couldn’t satisfy my group mates. I felt my handouts were seen bit
annoying or unhelpful, but seen as a way of progressing through or minimizing an unnecessary
engagement. However, as a financer I got able to found and express decisions on operational basis
and that recreation started to get work in proper business.
Additionally, in order to represent my whole experience in effective way I decided to
utilise reflection model that assists me to determine problems as well as through evaluating
them an action plan is formed for performing upcoming action plan (Collins and Redden,
2020) . Therefore, for instance, I utilise KOLB reflection cycle that is a model which includes
4 stages. This refers to experimental learning. Kolb model of reflection is based on the
experience which and individual owns. The experience is then evaluated, considered and
assessed methodically through three stages. As Kolb theory states that erudition engages the
attainment of theoretical ideas that can be functional and amenably in organize of situations.
Kolbs experimental learning method hypothesis is characteristically symbolized by four
stage learning cycle. All these stages are:
Concrete experience: For implementing my task along with particular module where
I went by various experiences or circumstances that I monitored as part of it model. I
performed to accumulate data that brings many experiences that is identifying new
information about financial industry to me, identify this tough for understanding effective
data for project, less access towards sources and others. Whole these assist me to manage task
within whole situations. The project done for gaining ideas to determine many problems
which are being represented into finance industry. For respective project, I was developed a
team for effectively overcome fm the financial options. Moreover, I was so much excited for
this project as this provides me effective understanding and knowledge. While we performing
with a group but every person are delegated with individual task as well as I asked to my
group member to accumulate data for this project (Hayden and Osborn, 2020)
. Therefore, I initiated researching about how to overcome from financial option in
respective sector. Also, I was applying and learning from a down to earth perspective the
larger area of appropriate hypothesis that to be used in effective business and when re-
enactment started it becomes majorly intriguing and roused. This provides crystal clear
understanding in adding more marketing decisions and continuous product development in
management. However, ongoing feedback gives proper way to learn and expected outcome as
well as determination. As it was not simple work for me I identified it tough as well as time
taking for accumulating information.
Along with this, I also decided to represent data for facilitating ideas related to ability
which firm hold or either this is become competent to comply plan that is going to be
developed. Therefore, I contributed within this through facilitating my decision related to
overcome from financial options and resolving conflicts through various competencies and
proficiency in work as well as thereafter do action plan for determining viability. Therefore,
all members in group were excited and my participation into team work.

Reflective observation: After I decided to represent the things that I monitored that
appropriate hypothesis that to be used in effective business and when re-enactment started it

In addition to this, whole these detail information and knowledge related to our progression
and consequences of an organization.
For contributing my participation into team I decided to understand that firms abilities for
making utilisation of various strategies as my thoughts was to ascertain the solution related to
the conflicts and challenges that are coming while performing this project. As disputes and
problems rise into group’s member will impact the overall task. Also, the entity would
become capable to execute some strategies and tactics for overcoming the problems. For
instance, initially I decided to determine detail information and knowledge related to our
progression and consequences of an organization. While researching and evaluation I have
determined that our organization was designed exact as far as management was occupied and
I have finished it multiple times. The first thing is that I decided that I was not ready to
allocate ones in various tasks that did not suit to especially in account. In only one
department one cannot make efforts and company would get lower benefits. Because of this
one cannot gain proficiency to perform the activities in every area. Along with this, I also
observed that decision making process in our group has got fastened with back to back
progression because of the condition that we have made with each other to overcome the
trivial and unimportant conflicts that caught time and the power. Being team worker, I have
given the step out to our thoughts by being the one who confronted these differences where it
spoiled the efforts and outcomes. In my opinion, this is my power which will make me
selected and effectual in an organization. That is the thing that I would prefer to do some task
on and from this thing I will get an experience by working in group. Also, I get to know that
my communication skills are not efficient as I was not able to share my thoughts and couldn’t
be able to express anything because of my lack knowledge in sections of business. At some

able to understand my ideas. All these helpful in undertaking my group members and me to
know each other in effective and efficient way. Also, it is suitable as well as performed
towards developing a foundation for my activities as I got proper guidance fm my team
members for my task. Apart from this, it also assisted me to learn, think and gain the business
plans to take in account to manage projects of competing projects. In the monetary,
functional, advertising and human substitute, this re-creation offers tremendous wisdom
regrading to various ideas and results of management process.
Abstract conceptualisation: After coming to the third stage, I went by an effective
evaluation of facts that is noticed under the above two stages of Kolb’s experimental learning
theory in order to determined that what was appropriate as well as in what areas improvement
is needed so that plan of action can be developed for covering up that part or issues which are
not going in suitable manner (Matsuo and Nagata, 2020). While one other side, for
efficacious implementation of this particular project it was vital for me to be involved with
various objects that I accumulate and identified through performing this project. When all are
having confusion related to what to do initially so i suggested them accumulate information
in effective way. For instance, I do deep research in this respect as well as current
information related to situations and problems which are prevailing while performing this
project. Furthermore, I preferred to develop major prolonged objects until creating opinions. I
broadly decided that the major object of an organisation were increase the area of the firm,
products quality, maximum effectiveness and one important a pick price. I focused on those
areas and methods inside our organisation that would take us near to gaining these major
objects. In my point of view, it was especially major to prepare these objects clear to each
person in the group.

According to my point of view, every financier should play and possess vital role in his/her role to
show required adeptness to handle the company and its environment. It is responsibility of a
financier that to make planning and organizing the operational activities and to update their team
members regularly. As being more generative, heedful and with equipped knowledge and views I
prefer to support my management team in the effective ways to make business integrity, chances
and to grow market values. I believe that productive communication with team mates should be
generated and every person gets admired for his/her affection and dedication. As a team worker
role I found it very significant towards roles of our individual roles.
Conclusion
In conclusion, i came to point to obey strategy (Mind Tools, 2016) all over the business simulation. I
made opinions which were disciplined according to our figure, foresight and goal. I personally
believe that if we focused our strategies that build aims to achieve and we would become more
profitable and efficient. The whole simulation led us to a conclusive part in the whole operation.
Teamwork is the most essential part for a company to function smoothly. The leader helps the
organization to grow and deliver the desired or near perfect results. The decision making process
was a pivotal part of the completely ongoing process. The team on the other hand has a role to play
in this decision making process by abiding by the leader and obeying him by trusting him(Green Trust
Equation, 2000). The team learned a lot about decision-making process and the way to be a part of
it. The employees learn the various decision-making strategies and the leader guided him in the right
path throughout. Those learned skills could be further used in the near future as a reference in other
related works. The teamwork abilities were enhanced while the project was in operation.

Action plan
An experience is at the centre of learning in various departments, reflection is fundamental to
deeper learning from an experience(Boyd, E. and Fales, A. (1983)). Reflective practice is becoming an
important skill that is incorporated into business practice and continuing professional development
(CPD) and it is therefore important that every department to understand the role and the potential

of reflection. This reflection i will use in future which give me benefit of being professional and i will
learn that how i will use in daily life. I will implement this reflection to enhance my business skills,
professional and personal level, Utilization of time management and effective performance which
will lead an organization to success and to achieve its goal.
Active experimentation: Within respective stage of Kolb’s experimental learning
theory, I decided to develop a plan of action into implementation through developing
knowledge and information that I facilitated earlier as well as formed this more efficient for
assuring that the executed plan worked effectively and efficiently. Moreover, from whole
experiences as well as knowledge I gathered, I got to understand that for assuring the
successful accomplishment of respective project all things are not going in effective manner
at one end and there should be a continuous evaluation of action plan which will be helpful in
determining the problems and issues. Also, future plan of actions may be undertaken into
consideration for overcoming those situations as well as facilitates optimistic outcomes
(Moseley, 2020). All the way through, transference of respective project task I get to know
about the significance of working in a team as well as how this is very much helpful to
become successful into facilitated work. As I am not so much effective in team work but I got
to learned regarding many things which provide assistance in working into a group
appropriately and effectually that I needs to develop for further activities.
Therefore, in order to goes this in upcoming times; I made specific opinions regarding
the things which I will perform for approaching the teaming working. For instance, I decided
to provide even chances to every person into group in order to keep its ideas as well as
opinions towards issues. Also, they feel valuable that outcomes in co-operations within team
a member that assists in minimizing burden of activities but helpful in getting well defined
performance (Omeodu, 2020). Rather than all this, with implementation of project I
determine various gaps which I has in my competencies as well as knowledge that I should
have to develop ineffective and efficient way so that any kind of problem should not occurs
again. Moreover, this will also helpful for me into my personal and professional career
