INTRODUCTIONThis status report is based on meeting held with couch and owner of company Bolt.nowwhich is a freelance and small enterprise run by single person Urs Bolt. Bolt.now is servicinginto financial industry like managing wealth, business technology and investment banking. Theirmain aim is to provide RegTech and FinTech to review on business strategies so that they couldbe developing solution (Bolt.now, 2018).MAIN BODYEssentials about the competitors of the Bolt.nowBolt.now was founded in year 2017 by Urs Bolt as he is having experience of about 30year in working with FinTech and RegTech within the financial spheres. Bolt.now will befocusing on growth of start-up companies in field of e-commerce, FinTech, energy industry andRegTech (Duarte and Snyder, 2013). Competitors of any company are those who are intended tosell and manufacture the same products and services for same market and thus sharing themarket profits and customers as well. Thus competition within market will be giving companywider way of development with innovative and new ideas within which planning will be mostimportant. The company is also involved within workshops, panels, publication, conferences andonline media that are held by Urs Bolt. It is very much important to stand by competition inmarket that Bolt.now is planning in proper way with its directional objectives depending uponchanges in trends. Bolt.now is not having too many competitors in market of Indonesia andSingapore due to their broad range of service which company is providing. These services areconnecting the technology with finance so that other companies are easily getting financial helpfrom use of latest technology. As Bolt.now will be planning to penetrate within the market ofSouth-East Asian foreign market of countries like that of Indonesia and Singapore. In way ofincreasing audience and reaching to new targeted group in both the countries there are certainconference platform for FinTech (Eisenberg, 2017). The conference platform includes like thatof TEDx, MoneyLive, Swiss Chamber of commerce Singapore, Webinars and Finspire. Essentials about the tasks, the content, the plan, as agreed with Bolt.nowIn way of achieving the mission and vision of Bolt.now will be deciding over the globalstrategic communication plan in Indonesia and Singapore which are the 2 target market ofcompany. This is very much essential that Bolt.now is preparing the proper communication plan1
