Introduction
The global sustainable strategy is considered as a plan of action that emphasized on
investment as well as drive performance and increasing engagement of internal as well as
external stakeholders. Global sustainability signifies indefinite survival related to human
species around overall region of world. Herein, the organisation is taken as Amazon. It is
determined as well-known organisation in retailing sector. It is considered as a market
leader within sector that deals in various types of goods like fashion, accessories, and
electronics and so on. In this report, in Part-1 there is a discussion regarding external,
internal environment, CSR and evaluation of assessment in an appropriate manner. In
addition to this, they also provide recommendation for sustainability and global
improvement in this report. And in Part-2, there is a discussion regarding internal as well
as external analysis, future sustainability related to Amazon and recommendations
provided to grab opportunity at marketplace (Antonini, Beck and Larrinaga, 2020).
