A critical evaluation of all thestartegies have been done in order to eaily analyse all the measures that act as requirements orobjectives of a technological and global logistics. Also, it included various factors that anycompany in and out of the global logistics should keep in mind to satisfy the customers. It wasevaluated that the most essential factor that affects the satisfaction level of the customers is thepoor quality of services and products. The focus of the global logistics is on completing thedemands of the customers so that they can stay satisfied. It has been observed that forglobalisation, for expanding the business in some other area or country, some sources or contactsare necessary to act as a support material and which can help in expanding the business morebetter.

INTRODUCTIONCarousell is considered as an e-commerce company. Like other international retailers,Carousell also faces a wide number of global challenges in order to meet the generalrequirements of the company such as the efficiency of the cost, global access, better and standardquality products and services etc. For competing with these challenges, various approaches andtechniques can be used in order to achieve the targets of the company. The report is about findingout some strategies or ways by which these objectives can be achieved in Carousell. Also, itincludes five themes covering the issues and their strategies in the global logistics and supplychain management (GLSCM).TASK 1A company has some specific objectives which they focus to achieve and these includesthe cost efficiency, standard quality services and products to be delivered to the customers,global access etc. While meeting these objectives, often Carousell have to face variouschallenges and issues. The challenges along with their strategies are discussed below :Cost efficiencyCarousell can follow the 4 step process for an appropriate and efficient cost management.The five steps are discussed below :Aligning costs to strategies : Analysing the whole organisation once and also, it can prove verybeneficial for the company to differentiate between the essential and the non essential costs. ITmeans by reducing the costs that the company can control or manage. It will help Carousell in abetter decision making process in terms of management of costs. There are various costs that hasbeen used in a company that are actually not required. Like in case of loading some material,only one carrier can go for that instead of various carriers in different intervals of time. This willin direcly, save the cost of petrol, time of the employees. This time of their they can use in someother essential activity. So, the company can avoid such costs. Aiming high : Carousell can make more use of innovation and technology and also, can searchfor new ways and techniques by which they can optimise the cost base. Various moderntechnologies have been developed that can help the business very much. It is no doubt in sayingthat technologies have made the life much more easier.
