The international organizations in order to managing future tourism development in
response to issues, threats and challenges needs to take effective measures (Boniface, Cooper
and Cooper, 2016). At first, the organizations with the help of the government should identify
what are the major occurring challenges the tourism industry is facing. After identifying these
challenges, proper strategies can be built in order to resolve them and cut the barriers. This will
ensure the smooth flow of the activities taking place within the industry and would ensure better
growth and development of the overall tourism activities. Also, the important step which needs
to be taken is to understand which issues are constantly being faced by the industry and what can
be done in order to resolve them. Issues such as sustainability, environmental damage, and lack
of tourist satisfaction are the major one which are being faced by the tourism industry. In order to
solve these issues, it is important for the organizations to set up a team and evaluate the
important measure that can be undertaken in order to ensure better growth and development and
resolve these reoccurring issues. Usage of these strategies will help the organizations to ensure
that the tourism industry is not facing any issues and is functioning better with required
development and growth.
