INTRODUCTION
Global tourism is an important component of the Australia economy. In the financial year
2014/2015, tourism represented 3.0% of Australia GDP contributing $47.5 billion to the national
economy. It is the reason that country needs to maintained proper global environment in the
country in order to meet the needs of travellers. Present study will be based on Global tourism of
Australia (Archer, 2015). It will be explaining about different aspects of tourism in the context of
visitor market, tourism products, supply and demand, tourist characteristics, tourist experiences
and tourist trends in Australia Country. This will also define or present some facts and statistics
which represent the actual position and trend of tourism in Australia country.
Visitor market
Australia welcomed 8.9 million visitor in every year of ending, Australia is one of the
great and most attractive country to visit. There were 914,500 visitor arrives during February. It
has been increasing every year according to the statistics.
From basis of given data it has been cleared that Australia has been received high range
of visitors every year and contribute in national economic growth. It has been cleared that,
Australia government also gives their focus on the development of infrastructure and growth of

years. From last few years country having 8.2 million demand of the tourist in the month of
November. Besides, Australia also facing the challenges of unskilled people or underlying
