Major challenges faced by the Hamburg city:
On the locality issues, Hamburg is facing major challenges, finding a balance between the
productive challenge on the dockyards & movements by the retail or road to & from the port,
which is interconnected (Tirschwell, 2014).
The challenge faced is growing in Hamburg. The percentage of computers is increasing.
Numbers of computers is increasing regularly: more than 300.000 commutes into Hamburg
on a daily basis as the population of the city is increasing rapidly and resulting in populated
air.
There is no decrease in motor traffic. There is an overall constant volume of motor traffic in
the city.
Air quality often fails to meet the standards of legal limits due to which the general
population gets affected (Tirschwell, 2014).
These types of Metropolitan cities are implementing future indicators such as securing the
urban quality of life, developing the economic condition and protecting the climate. From the
year, Hamburg is setting international standards. The climate protection concept of Hamburg
Senate’s, target reduction in the carbon emission by 40% by 2020 and 80% by 2025 (Rah,
2016).
Fuel cell technology and hydrogen offer the best fundamentals to fulfill conditions. Hydrogen
as a source of energy is already being used by Hamburg's public transportation system as well
as incorporates vehicle fleets. The utilization of power devices empowers an extremely

Brand and place marketing is an epic and not a sprint. Especially in the times of the political
changes, it is very important to keep on track and does not change the city brand change
strategy. In this regard, success management could help to prove that marketing efforts have
tangible benefits.
Hamburg starts facing various problems of social segregation like many other big cities in the
world faces. Though the city is one of the richest city in Europe in relation to the gross
income in average and economic development there is a difference between the poor and
rich. Deprive areas of the economy can be described by the following factors such as
percentage of immigrants, one person households, crime rate, social income, households with
kids, fluctuation in social housing estates (Lazarou, 2017).
One of the major issues which should be focused more maintains the urban and social mix in
disadvantaged areas regardless of the various issues unique answers for middle-class families
(counting new instruments for financing social lodging ventures).
On the schedule of the summit were problems which are related to international trade and
financial market regulation, economic growth among which was the call for exchange
