Introduction
Globalization is defined as procedure where there is integrating and fundamental interaction
among organization, individuals, people and government at worldwide level. This has risen
because of increase in technology of communication and transportation. With rise in need
and demand of international requirements, it is very important for business to improve them
in effective and efficient manner.

Aim and Objectives
Aim: “To analyses different methods through which multinational companies can
improve their training, recruitment and selection practices in order to meet their
international requirements.”- A study on Nestle.
Research Objectives
 To determine different methods of recruitment, selection and training.
 To analyze effectiveness of implementing changes in recruitment, training and
selection processes of firm.

Research Methodology
Research methodology is referred as systematic way for performing research in systematic manner.
This consists of two types such as:
Primary Research- This is considered as the research which is gathered directly from investigation
area through researcher.
Secondary Research- This is type of research methodology which is depending upon already published
sources like newspaper, media and television and so on.

Qualitative and Quantitative research
Qualitative Research- This is based on the market research and collect data open ended and
conversational communication. This research is prepared in a way that discloses behaviour
and opinions of individual on a specific topic.
Quantitative Research- It refers to the research that accentuate data objective and collected in
the form of statistical, mathematical or numerical. The limitation of quantitative research is
that it does not provide full information regarding human behaviour and observations.

Data Collection
It indicates to the process of gathering, collecting, analysing and monitoring information on
targeted variables in an established system. It can be a process of effectively measuring
information according to the requirement so that the researcher can complete their work in
efficient manner. There are different methods of data collection such as questionnaire and
interviews etc.

Questionnaire
This is referred as device which helps in preparing different questions for collection of data
and information from multiple respondents and participants. It can be a set of printed and
written questions with a choice of answer devised for the purpose of a survey and
statistical study.

Data analysis techniques
There are different techniques of data analysis but thematic analysis is most important and
highly used by research in their research project. In this techniques, the theme is defined
before the question which describe that in which thing talking about within the question.
So it is easy to get information and awareness about the question to the researcher.

The assignment indicate that organisation has to modify their existing recruitment, selection and
training process for achieving requirement of foreign market. This can assist in enhancement
of profit, skills and knowledge of individuals by recruiting capable person for work
performance. In order to complete project work, time-frame work has been made by
researcher for carrying all activities in appropriate and suitable manner. This provide positive
results for given work.

Recommendations
For implementation of recruitment, selection and training process, Nestle need to focus on
following recommendation which are as follows:
It is recommended to Nestle to use different advertising and promotional tools and
techniques such as social media, website and application in order to hire and recruit
skilled employees for running their business.
Nestle need to considers their staff, employees, managers while making decisions on
alteration of HR policies for making proper decisions. This leads to decline conflicts and
maintain equality among working force.
