INTRODUCTIONGlobalization refer to the process of operating business and services of a company atinternational level. It is a term which is used to define maximizing social, economic and politicalinteraction and interrelation beyond political and cultural boundaries (Jani and Dholakia, 2015).The major elements of globalization is; the influence of movement patterns, the acceptability andtransparency of information, the spread of information and others. Globalization is importantbecause it help in providing benefits of more international trade, higher standard of loving andothers. It is beneficial of the economic development for the nations and organisations byimporting and exporting goods and services. MAIN BODY Meaning of globalization- It indicates to a process by which the organisations can make freemovement of goods, services and people all over the world in an coordinated manner (Mallick,2015). In simple words, Globalization is the coordination of national economies through trade,labour migration, investment, capital flow and technology etc. Causes of globalization- There are various reasons and causes to occurred globalization like,improved transport is the main cause of occurring internationalization (McDermott, Kitchenerand Exworthy, 2017). Containerisation, make improvement in technology, growth ofmultinational organisations, minimize tariff barriers and making growth in the economy of thenations are some causes due to which globalization pass off. Types of Globalization- There are different types of it which are as following:Economic- This is a type of globalization in which countries make trades with others andhave few trade barriers which are economically internationalised. Social- It is an another type of globalization which measure that how easily ideas andinformation pass among individuals in their own nations and others (Jani and Dholakia, 2015). Political- It indicates to the development of the worldwide political system in size andnaivety (Jilani, 2019). Basically it refer to the process of expansion of the politics at global level.
