INTRODUCTION
The theme of this visual analysis research is equality and diversity. The
theme will be reflected and investigated with the help globalization theory in this
research The theme will be highlighted by researching on the ways in which
globalization has supported improvement in workplace equality and diversity.
Globalization has changed modern workplaces by introducing diversity in terms of
ideas, perspectives, people and supporting equality through easier trade,
technological and data exchange. The theme will be investigated by udne3rstand the
positive impact of globalization on modern workplace and how it has contributed to
equality and diversity. For example globalization has increased living standards by
enabling free trade and contributed to created global income equality.
Globalisation is the term used to describe the business environment for a
variety of economic, political and socio-cultural changes. It can be seen that
globalisation is a process of integration and interaction among companies, people
and governments worldwide. In the 18th century due to advances in communication
and transportation technology globalisation was continually increasing which provide
a great impact on each and every national economy (Walter, 2021). Globalisation is
becoming a topic which provides an effect on every individual life. It founds that
mankind lives under the influence of global changes and these are affecting all the
spheres of society's life. There are many global changes that took place in social and
political life and at the same time, it also experiences certain changes found in
cultural life. This is the main reason that this topic is chosen by me. I understand that
globalization is continuously increasing in the business environment and provides
tough competition to each small as well as a large organisation. It becomes very
important to understand how globalisation makes effect the organisation and
individual life. In this report, we will discuss the visual analysis with the use of 10
visual images related to the theme. Discussion of those images shows the research
and theory of the selected topic. In this report, the researcher will be used
methodology in order to conduct research for the chosen theme so that they are able
to investigate via visual resources. It also included the hypothesis after the visual
research so that every individual is able to understand the deep meaning of the
selected topic.

The hypothesis developed for this research is that globalization has
positively impacted workplace supporting exchange of finance, information and
talent across international boundaries. The concept of globalization has supported
free trade and better movement of human, financial and technological resources
changing workplace of multinational businesses and small enterprises significantly.
Here the positive impact of globalization is investigated in terms of equality, freedom,
higher growth rate, better technological development and improved living standards.
Specific visual images are selected in this research to investigate the positive impact
of globalization on the workplace and how it has changed the workplace for better on
an international scale.

It is necessary to understand that this research is using the visual research.
That means the researcher will use the visual images of the selected topic and after
that they will perform the analysis and evaluation of each image so that they will be
able to relate to the selected theme (Economic globalization, nutrition and health: a
review of quantitative evidence, 2019). The selected theory is globalisation.
Globalisation is becoming an important terminology which is a necessity to
understand by every organisation because it provides a direct or indirect impact. This
report will undertake visual research in which all the important images are included
that shows how and where globalization impact. After the visual research, the
researcher can analyse the topic in detail (Globalization in the Time of COVID-19,
2020). There are many theories related to the globalisation topic such as liberalism,
constructivism, political realism, etc. These are the important theories which helps to
analyse the deep meaning of the globalisation.
Develop visual analysis
The visual research will investigate globalization, what is globalization, and
how globalization affects individuals or companies, or any other person. This
research will provide deep knowledge about globalization (SENTISHCHEVA and
ACQUAH, 2020). The method which has been chosen for this research is ‘Visual
element analyses. Visual element analysis is a method by which an individual can
