method is qualitative and quantitative type which plays vital role in administration elaborated
evaluation on the investigation problem. In this present inquiry project both primary and
secondary origin are practically implemented through the investigator, as these two are effectual
in accretion of detailed data from different sources. However primary sources is effective in
conducting survey through developing a questionnaire and secondary sources like books,
journals, publish research articles etc. are effective in developing an effective theoretical
framework. The overall investigation concludes that globalisation is effective in improvising the
HR operations of Vodafone and company can attain higher profit and growth through suitable
selection of workforces by using proper digital tools and technologies.
