The term globalization or the globalization is considered to be the process which tends to
involve interaction and integration among various people, governments and various number os
companies that tends to exist world wide (Hirst et al). It is considered to be one of the most
complex and multifaceted phenomenon . however, according to some critics, it is a form of
capitalist expansion which tends to involve the incorporation of the local as well as the national
economies into that of the global and unfettered market economy (Beck) One of the reason
behind the development or the advancement of the globalization is mainly because of the
advancement of the technology as well as the development of the technology of the
communication (Pieterse). The enhanced level of communication across the globe tends to be
directly related to the growth of the international trade, culture and the ideas. It is to be noted
that globalization is a process of the finance related to the interaction and integration which is
very much associated with the social as well as the cultural aspects (Enloe). However, it is to be
noted that various number of conflicts and diplomacy are a huge part of the history of the
globalization as well as of the modern globalization. The essay will be focusing on the fact that
the globalization is an inevitable as well as an irreversible process while highlighting the

Financially, the globalization tends to involve the various number of services, goods and
even the financial resources of the capital, technology and that of the data. The expansion of the
global markets have helped in the liberalization of the financial activities of the various exchange
of the products and the funds (Lechner, Frank and John). It is to be noted that the removal of the
trade barriers across the border have led to the feasible formation of the global markets. Some of
the advances in the means of the transport are that of the steam locomotive jet engine, container
ship along with the enhancement of the telegraph and its modern offspring like the internet and

the mobile phones tends to show the development in the structure of the telecommunication
(Scott). All these factors are considered to be significant in globalization which have led to the
further generation of the interdependence of the financial as well as of the cultural activities that
tends to take place across the world (Martell). it is because of this reason as well, the
globalization is considered to be inevitable and irreversible process.
However, according to the International Monetary Fund, the four main factors of
globalization are the trade and the transactions, movements related to the capital as well as of the
investment, migration as well as of the movement of the people and that of the dissemination of
that of the knowledge. On the other hand, it is to be noted that the challenges of the environment
like that of the global warming, air pollution and the excessive fishing of the ocean also tend
stobe connected with that of the globalization. The process of the globalization tends to affect
the work as well as the business organization, economy as well as the socio-cultural resources as
well as the natural environment. according to 888, globalization of the other hand can be divided
into the economic globalization, cultural globalization and the political globalization.
However, there are various aspects which makes the globalization an inevitable and as an
irreversible process. The travelling in the air has helped the people to travel across the globe. It is
being believed that it is more likely to develop in the upcoming days. Technology has
incoproated the air travel which tends to involve entering into the altitudes of the space for the
faster form of the travel between the countries. The new forms of technology in the future will
only make the process of crossing the continents and the national boundaries cheaper and easier.
The example of the trade links between the China and the Europe can be taken into account here.
They are funding for a trans-continental railroad which will help in the transport of the goods
across the lands.
