In this regard, there are two milestones that the organization must imply in order to achieve the above mentioned goal. Therefore, the milestones
are,
1. To appoint new family practice physician
2. To evaluate the existing financial framework more efficiently.
As far as the first milestone is concerned, it can be stated that the purpose of appointing more family practitioners is based on the increasing g
demand in the market. It is also associated with the process of increasing the revenue turnover with rendering more health care facilities for the
patients. According to the research of Yuen and Thai (2017) it can be argued that the role of the customer care is considered to be one of the
major factor for the increase in the revenue and financial stability for the organization. As Baumann et al. (2017) opined that the customers or the
clients are the major factor for delivering more financial stability within the organization. Based on this understanding, it can be stated that it will
be a strategic advantage for the Stevens District Hospital to focus on the satisfaction of the patients. As a matter of fact, it is also resembled with
the practice of developing the brand image of the hospitals so that the patients feel confident to visit and checkups.
It is also important to procure a better financial framework for the organization in order to perceive every aspects in-depth. In the research
of Churet and Eccles (2014) it was seen that the inefficiency of the financial report would have a fatal impact on the continuous development of
the organization. As Tschopp and Huefner (2015) mentioned that the financial report played a significant role in expanding the profitability of the
organization. It leads the company to the right path of development and the management also able to acknowledge the possible risk factors in case
of finance. In response to this, it can be stated that Stevens District Hospital requires a monthly financial report so that the management can
understand the financial strengths and weaknesses in a systematic process.

To formulate an ethical medical care practice for the development of the patients.
In order to develop an ethically sound medical care practice for Stevens District Hospital it is important to set some milestones and working
accordingly. Therefore, the milestones are as follows,
1. Respecting the government regulation.
2. Maintaining confidentiality related to patients’ information
It can be stated that ethical consideration is considered to be one of the major aspect for the development of better patient care facility with
proper understanding of the regulatory framework provided by the government. In the article of Francer et al. (2014) it was argued that the legal
consideration and framework will facilitate an ethical practice for the organization. Moreover, Morgan and Ensor (2016) articulated that it is
important for the organizations to follow the existing legislative set up so that it can deliver ethically positive organizational activities. In this
regard, the effective measure will be figured out in terms of the following the standards of service as prescribed by the law. As a matter of fact, it
can be argued that the organizational monitoring process and following the specific rate of the regulation will be considered as the criteria for
measure.
Simultaneously, maintaining confidentiality regarding the patient details is also identified as an important ethical factor for the healthcare
facilities. As Matusitz and Spear (2014) argued that preventing the data of the client details has to be maintained with paramount importance
because the sensitivity of the information and its impacts could be dangerous for the future of the patient. In addition to this, through the article of
Dheensa, Fenwick and Lucassen (2016) it can be stated that keeping the details of the patient health is one of the basic ethical activities that the
healthcare facilities must provide. In this context, keeping the documentation secured is highly essential for Stevens District Hospital. The
digitization of the documents should be safeguarded through malware protection and it is pertinent for the IT department to check the security
specifications all time. Through both those means it will be easier for the organization to set the ethical question tactfully.

To check the quality of services provided to the patients in a half-yearly basis.
In this context, there are two milestones that Stevens District Hospital has to follow in order to facilitate the quality of service effectively.
Therefore, the milestones are as follows,
1. Increase the HCAHPS score
2. Provide a feedback option for the patients and their family.
In order to increase or develop the HCAHPS score, it is important to put more focus on the satisfaction of the employees. In this context,
Hachem et al. (2014) asserted that the HCAHPS score is highly important in the healthcare organization in order to develop the image of the
organization effectively. Moreover, it can be stated that the patient satisfaction should be of top priority for the healthcare organization and in this
context, there are some measures that the institution has to follow. For an instance, Chen et al. (2014) advocated that the patients’ perception of
nurse courtesy assessment is played a pivotal role in the process of increasing the score in HCAHPS. As a matter of fact, the more the HCAHPS
score is increased it will facilitate more strategic advantage in the process of high competitiveness into the market. It is also associated with the
goal of Stevens District Hospital to ensure the effectiveness of the organization.
On the other hand, Mehra et al. (2015) mentioned the basic requirement to maintain the quality of service or product in a business
organization for managing the satisfaction of the customers. Based on this understanding, it can be argued that the patients are considered to be an
asset for a healthcare organization. As a result of that it becomes so obvious for the organization to provide more effectiveness into the patient
safety and satisfaction (Murante et al., 2014). Therefore, it is obvious for the organizations to generate a feedback form in order to ensure the
quality of services that they provided. It is more of a business purpose of the healthcare organizations to foster better services and maximize the
patients. From that point of view, it is also important for Stevens District Hospital to generate feedback forms in order to check the service
quality.
