every company for the welfare of society. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is a form of

responsibility, good governance practice and ethical or community-oriented behaviors (Tai &
Chuang, 2014).

The world’s most popular search engine company Google is also one of the companies who
perform the good corporate social responsibility practice. The company has made some of the
aggressive moves on the multiple fronts towards the good citizenship. Some of the examples of
company’s efforts are Google Green. Google Green is one of the corporate effort to generate the
awareness regarding the efficient use of resources and to support renewable power. Apart from
this, the company is working effectively so that they can reduce its carbon footprint and make
their products safe and better for the environment of the society (Moreno, 2015). The company
provides the facilitating green commuting to decrease the energy use at their data centers to
recycling old equipment. The company inspects the each and every part of their business with an
environmental lens.
