GOOD AND BAD LEADER1 GOOD LEADER – BILL GATES (Source: Axton, 2013) Bill Gates is the richest person in the world and most influential leader in the field of business. He is a humble leader who contributes philanthropically to the less fortunate in the world. After achieving success, Bill Gates worked long nights or days to understand the marked audience and creates the products or service that would communicate to their business, consumer needs and education. Bill Gates has created corporate leadership with respect to Microsoft. His company became an undisputed business leader in the field where the company is a bigger world player. Bill Gates was responsible for reviewing each code line shipped by the Microsoft Company. This shows that he worked according to the company’s product standards (Newsdesk, 2008). While retaining his position of leader at Microsoft, he began to move away from his role as chief executive officer to the role of a Carnegie style ethical leader. As he started, focus on forming code pf ethics. He donated a substantial portion of his net wealth to charitable causes and along with that; he pushes his fellow leaders to do the same. He has a good record of working with skilled and talented people to bring them into the industry and in making the right decisions (Domanska, 2018). All these activities and characteristics made Bill Gate an ethical leader in the world.

He has led the most unethical presidency in the history of United States according to the scathing report. The consequence is a vast array of morals or ethics problems and inappropriate influence among staff of white house, senior agency and cabinet officials. The decision made regarding taxes and environmental regulations to overseas policies are to advantage his bottom line not in the interest of public. The executive branches under the trump are categorized by contempt for moral or ethics and conflicts of interest rules and for the law rules (Robinson, 2018). The people of America demand an end to the culture of corruption that is gripping in the nation. Above points cleared that Donald trump is not a good leader according to the controversies and American people’s point of views and his unethical activities.
