AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Aims:
 The aim of the study is to describe how organization has been transformed due to
wake of major external events within Google.
Objectives:
 To understand different external major events.
 To assess the transformation of major external events upon Google.
 To ascertain challenges faced by Google while developing different strategy to
cope up from events.
