Introduction
CSR is a international self regulation aspect of business. It aims to contribute towards
societal gaols of activity, philanthropic and charitable nature by supporting volunteering and
ethically oriented practises. It is part of strategic initiatives that contributes towards brands
reputation. Google is a American multinational brand that specialized in internet related products
and services that includes online advertising technologies, cloud computing, hardware and
software. It was founded in September 4, 1998 by sergery brin and Larry page. Google offers
services designed for work & productivity that includes google docs, Gmail, google drive,
google podcasts, google translate, video sharing, google maps, google photos.
In august 1994 google became a public organization by having a initial public offering. They
offered 19,605,052 shares at a price of 85 dollars per share, these shares were sold-out in a online
auction format by use of credit issue and Morgan Stanley (Wang, Reimsbach, and Braam,,
2018). The sale of 16.7 dollars billion gave a marketplace capitalisation of more than 23 billion
dollars. Present report is based on making a analysis of the specific aspects of CSR Of google,
