Divisional structure of the organization- these are used in many of the large companies which

study which helps in the development of the firm. These divisions must be set up on the specific
needs. Benefits of this structure is it needs to be more rapidly and more specifically, each of the
divisions operate the independent ally as there is a functional characteristic which can be

Matrix Structure- These structures is a hybrid of divisional and functional structure which are
used in large multinational organisational like Pirelli, Facebook etc. there is a combination of
both functional and divisional flow of information which is carried out, this helps in easily
sharing of the information which can help in flow of information(Scott, 2017). There are many
power struggles as the organisation have a dual management. There are many cases where there
are same functional powers which creates conflicts.
