1.Executive summary This report consists of the various strategic approaches which are carried by the google which is done in order to evaluate the key approaches for the development of the various functions which can be used to evaluate the structure which are adapted by the google which can be used to evaluate the key result which can help in the growth and development of the firm. With the background study the happenings carried for the past helps the google in the evaluation of the strategies which can help in evaluating the strategic approach carried out by Google. 2.Introduction Google is a multinational, publicly traded organization built around the company's search engine. Google works on internet analytic, cloud computing, advertising technologies and web app, browser and operation system development organisation. Company's rapid growth has increased a chain of products, acquisitions and partnership with Google's core engine. It offers service for many of the sectors of the world. It act as a base for many of the works and researches carried out there are many activities which are carried out on the basis of the Google. Google is a parent company for many of the sub structural organizations which are helpful for humanity(Al Saifi, 2015). Many of the operations are carried out on the base of Chrome browser. Within the recent years there is a shift of google towards hardware. It is one of the most visited website in the world. Many of the services offered under google are among top 100 most visited websites. It is one of the most visited brand of year 2017. 3. Organisation and Organisational Structure Organisation- Organisation refers to the entity that consists of multiple people which works for the provisions set up by the organization which aim for the development and the profit earning of the firm.There are many types of legal organisations including corporations, governmental, non-governmental, political, international, armed forces and charitable organisations which either work for the welfare of people or to provide easy living facilities to the people. The work with the objectives such as aim in mind, leader or committee making decisions, actions involved communication and involvement of members(Creutzig and et.al., 2016). Organisational structure- organizational structure is a system that outlines which are followed how the organisation needs to be functioned with the aim to achieve the tasks carried out efficiently. Organisational structure defines the flow of work needs to be carried out which can
be evaluated how the information flows within the hierarchical level of the firm. Various decisionsanddecisionmakingpowerisdistributedamongthehierarchicallevelofthe organisation(Sujan and Furniss, 2015). Types of organisational structure- Every organisation has a flow channel of information that needs to be carried out with the information and the flow of work structure. There are mainly three types of organizational structure which are usually followed. Functional structure of the organization- it is set up so as each portion of the organization is grouped according to the purpose carried out. There are many organization which are grouped according to the various departments. ex- marketing, sales and production department. This structure has a drawback as there are many cases where there is a lack of information shared between various departments of the firm through which the informations are not shared as it must be(Jiménez, Martos and Jiménez, 2015). Divisional structure of the organization- these are used in many of the large companies which operates on a wide geographical area and there are many sectors carrying out their functional study which helps in the development of the firm. These divisions must be set up on the specific needs. Benefits of this structure is it needs to be more rapidly and more specifically, each of the divisions operate the independent ally as there is a functional characteristic which can be operated. Matrix Structure-These structures is a hybrid of divisional and functional structure which are used in large multinational organisational like Pirelli, Facebook etc. there is a combination of both functional and divisional flow of information which is carried out, this helps in easily sharing of the information which can help in flow of information(Scott, 2017). There are many power struggles as the organisation have a dual management. There are many cases where there are same functional powers which creates conflicts. 4. Google LLC background and History Googles LLC success is linked to effectiveness and organisational structure and organisational culture in support to excellent in information. A company's organizational or corporate structure is the arrangement of the various resources and components which are based on the overall design of the organization. With the aim to develop a research project Google was founded. They started with the aim to develop programming which came out to be a code of origin of search

Google moved its headquarter in Mountain View, California, named as Googleplex.In August 15, Google announced plan to reorganize its various interest as conglomerate called Alphabet Inc. Sundar Pichai was appointed as CEO of Google replacing Larry page who became CEO of Alphabet. 5. Google Adapted Structure Google has a cross functional organizational structure with a considerably degree of flatness. Flatness is a structure where the entire entity works on the matrix. The flatness is a defining structural features which supports Google's growth. With the flatness in the organisational structure there is an active involvement of the various processes which are carried out which can share the information and hold a tougher hand in the development of the work. Work is shared and workers accordingly which helps the functional activities carried out in the organisation. There is a group of managers leaders which works accordingly which helps in the development of the firm. Google pixel also maintains a group of the products which can help in the evaluation of the work which supports in the flat structure. These means that employee's of google can by pass middle management and communicate directly with higher officials which can help in the development of the work efficiency and increase the robustness(O’Grady and Akroyd, 2016). Functional structure adapted by the google consists of the various structures which can help in the evaluation of various techniques which is carried by the task which is followed by the structure of the work. It consists of the work frame which can be used to carry out the functional task which can help in the development of the work. Thisis developed according to the functions carried out and to accomplish tasks.

Reasons for adapting these structures As the work-area of google is vast and they function various informations which helps in the development of the tasks which helps in the evaluation of the tasks. Google can easily access the work carried out in the organization which can help in the development of the works carried out as the flat structure carried there is direct access with the higher officials which can help in the development of the firm which can help in eliminating the middle management which can provide access which can help in elimination of the time and the sufficient amenities which can be fulfilled with the access of the work, there is a wise utilisation which can help in the development of the work within sufficient range and time. Google adapts cross functional structure which helps in the development of the work with the ease which can help in the development of the firm(Santa, 2015). These can provide access to the workers to interact the higher officials there is a flow of information which is shared and cross check is easily defined which can help in the development of the Google. 7. Conclusion With the studies carried out on the organisational structure of Google it has been evaluated about the structure which google follows in the growth and development of the firm. Various techniques which is carried out to create an effective flow channel which evaluates the result and defines the functioning of Google. Background of google is evaluated to trace the techniques which can be used to evaluate the growth and the change in the strategies which helps in the growth and development of the organization. There is a major changes which needs to be carried out for the development of the organization which help in the strategic planning of the Google's organizational structure.
