with respect to a company. The present report is based on the business plan of GoOrganic that
will provide its customer with organic products and fresh fruit juices. The present report includes
a deep analysis of the presented business plan.

GoOrganic will be business brand that promotes the use of highly organic and healthy
food products within the market. The products offered by the GoOrganic will include fresh and
healthy fruit juices and organic products within the market of United Kingdom. The main
objective of GoOrganic is to provide its customers with fresh fruit juices at highly affordable
prices and become a market leader within the fruit juice industry (Souza, A., and et.al 2020).
The GoOrganic will not only sell fruit juices but will try to sell fruit smoothies that are healthy
and looks and tastes delicious in order to attract the customers towards the brand. The GoOrganic
will implement the use of trademark as an intellectual property right which will help the
GoOrganic in distinguishing its products from other brands.

The GoOrganic will be B2C brand, that means a brand that sells its products to the
consumers within the market. Mainly, the business will target those consumers which are highly
health conscious and focused towards implementing the use of healthy dietary intake within their
daily lives. Since, the GoOrganics aims to provide the products at reasonable prices, it will target
consumers from upper middle class income groups within United Kingdom (Jukova, and et.al
2019). The USP of the products offered by GoOrganic will be that it makes uses organic
ingredients and do not use any kinds of essence or additives within the juices. Also, it does not
include the use of sugar. They aim to provide the products which naturally tastes delicious are
freshly made. In today's world, the health conscious people wants to inculcate a lifestyle within
themselves that involves healthy intake. Similarly, the products of GoOrganic will provide the
customer with tasty and fresh juices that are full of nutrients, helps them boosting their fitness
level, and comes with a number of options so that the consumers do not get bored with
consuming it on a regular basis.

I have certain skills which can be used by me in order to take business idea forward. The

skills will help me to take my business idea forward and planning on how to introduce the idea

However, the existing skills are not enough, I will need to develop a range of skills in order to
succeed and implement the plan. This involves the raising of funds and find the sponsors for the
business, development of business management skills, the ability to recruit and hire employees
within the management and formulate a team initially which could help me to take the plan
forward. For the purpose of filling the gap, I will need to take trainings with respect to
development of these skills and hire people within my team that are efficient in these skills.

the loan taken by an organization, but they do not interfere in the operations of a business as to
how is it running, what is the profit and all other details relating to the business. Moreover, the
interest rate charged by the banks are quite reasonable and therefore, it is best suitable for a
business like GoOrganic.

Even though, the best suited option is to raise funds by way of bank loans but the banks
do not pass the whole amount that is required by an organization for the purpose of setting a
business. Therefore, another option in order raise funds is taking help from the venture
capitalists. Venture capitalists are a kind of finances who are eager to invest their funds into start
up plans that have huge potential to grow within the market. So, the GoOrganic will present the

The GoOrganic will implement the use of hierarchical organization structure within their
organization. It one of the most common type of organizational structure which is used by the
organizations (Fichter, and Tiemann, 2020). It follows a structure in which each and every
information is passed on through a hierarchy. The information flows from senior level
management employees to the middle level employees and the lower level management

It has been analyzed that the initial start up cost is higher the amount of profit made in the first
year, therefore, the GoOrganic must take steps in order to improve its profitability, they are:
The GoOrganic needs to works on their marketing strategies in order to increase the
customer engagement towards the brand. They should make use email marketing as well
as content marketing as this will help the company in adding a personalised touch to the
mail sent to customers and attract them towards the company.
Also, the GoOrganic should try reduce their cost associated with initial start up in order
to enhance their profitability.

From the above report, it can be concluded that GoOrganic is a business idea that
promotes the health of the consumers. It offers the products at reasonable prices and aims to
