INTRODUCTION
Code of conducts is defined as rules and regulations associated with channelize any
functional responsibility in best way possible. This report is based on the case study of Crown
Resort in context to its code of conducts related to gambling and related code of conducts.
Various codes of conducts established by the Crown Resort will be discussed under this
project. Elements like discrimination, exploitation, corruption, dishonest and fraudulent
behaviour, whistleblower protections and enforcement. All these are a part of the professional
code of conducts practices followed at the organisation. The emphasis of this project is to
evaluate and analysis about the various aspects and direction involved in the code of conducts
followed at the organisation level.
Task
Code of ethics
Code of ethics is the professional ground rules to entertain different practices at the
business entity. These are the professional directories and practice area that involve different
aspects such as discrimination, exploitation, corruption, dishonest and fraudulent behaviour,
whistleblower protections and enforcement as a part of the code of ethics. All these are the
prominent directions and areas that needed to evaluate and analysis in order to cater the best
level of practices to the individual customers. These are the professional code of ethics that
can respect to ethical values and beliefs.
Discrimination
Discrimination is a key code of ethics associated with the organisation.
Discrimination is defined as treating differently or in a different manner. The practice of
discrimination is about to take any undue advantage related to any practice. This is further
stated as behaving differently with some specific individual over some social ground. The
example of discrimination is such that in a company treating differently some specific
individual due to some social ground. On the basis of the age, gender this involve taking
some undue advantage of that individual. Discrimination is always a practice that creates a
negative environment or culture around the work place. In many cases this practice is
channelized with the female employees in order to allocate advantage and benefits of having
a job. This can be entertained at the work place by offering less salary, incentive and other
such benefits for delivering the same level of responsibilities at the organisation level
