Introduction
The government of any country is responsible for providing adequate facilities and taking
care of its citizens. The Republic House leadership and President Trump failed to pass the
legislation which means repealing Obamacare also known as the Affordable Care Act. An
executive order was signed by President Donald Trump directing the secretaries of human
and health services and treasury to stop making payments to the healthcare organizations on
behalf of more than six million American people who were qualified under the Obamacare.
It is the responsibility of the government to work for the welfare of the people in the society.
Main Body
The Obamacare legislation states that health care is the right which belongs to each and every
people in America. Thus, the constitutional duty of government is to provide the health care
the people of the country. The political structure of the legislation was that each and every
person in America should get health insurance. The employers having more than fifty people
should pay the health insurance expenditures of the employees who work thirty hours per
week. The health insurance policy covers important medical needs and the healthcare
facilities are being received by the people under a certain yearly income (Napolitano). The
failure of obtaining and maintain health insurance leads to the tax burden. The economic
structure of the legislation is that hundred percent participation of the people in order to
ensure the insurance premiums are being paid by employers or individuals to the health care
providers. The regulatory structure of the legislation directs that each and every physician
should keep all the medical records into their personal computers which all the Department of
Human and Health Services to get access.
The increase in the cost of medicine and a decrease in income have imposed a significant
impact on the life of the people. Obamacare allows using health insurance in the pre-existing
conditions also such as sex reassignment and abortions. The Republicans repeal the
legislation in order to remove the federal government from the health insurance regulation
and delivery of the health care. The right to have the health insurance under the House
proposal was there but it cannot be expected from the employer and each and every
individual has to pay themselves (News). Judge Andrew P. Napolitano states that a right
cannot be created by the federal government of which authorization cannot be provided by
the constitution. The federal government cannot transfer wealth or money from employers or
