INTRODUCTION
Graduation program is very essential under the college where numerous types of
activities are performed in order to develop knowledge and skill related to brands and market.
This report inculcates several challenges that are faced by students within university. These
challenges are debate challenge, T-shirt challenge, Hotel challenge and presentation challenge
(Bravin, Carrasco and Kalichman, 2020). While facing these challenges several skills are to be
developed that is helpful in developing career in professional and personal terms. At last it
involves action plan for improving skill that helps in enhancing career opportunity.
MAIN BODY
Analysis of challenges
There are several challenges that I had face during my university session are presented
below:
 Debate challenge- It represent a type of formal discussion on a particular subject area or
topic among group of people. This challenge is represent a particular topic where
individual face competition by sharing views and ideas related to topic. It is done on
against and favor of specific topic. Debate challenge that was held under university is
highly useful to enhance the skills of every student who take participate in debate
challenge. I also involve in debate challenge that was organized under university for
developing my skills and knowledge while do discussion on particular subject area. From
this debate firstly I understand the topic and then discussed on it as per my understanding
with my fellow mates (Sunindijo and Kamardeen, 2020). This helps in understanding the
whole topic in deeper and understanding manner. However, by involving in this
challenge I had focused on developing my skill that is useful in my professional career so
that more opportunities are captured by me. This challenge also helps me in deciding
platform that is profitable for me. To involve within this research I had easily understand
the procedure of conducting debate that support in completing in systematic manner so
that in future I also done my work in appropriate and reliable manner by understanding
all pros and cons of the activities.
