Importance One of the reason why human resource department is vital as due to the recruitment requirement of firm. Employee recruitment also involves selecting new hires, interviewing, selection the right candidate for right Job(Bratton.and Gold, 2017). They are known as the lifeblood of the firm, this department provides a high return on the Vodafone's business investment within its individuals. After selection of candidates they are gives training to the employees and achieve the goals as well as standards of the firm. Finance Department It is known as the part of an entity that is accountable for acquiring funds for entity, managing funds within Vodafone and also accountable for planning regarding expenditure of funds on several assets Importance The Department of finance gives entity management within necessary data in order to make the strategic decisions(Eco, 2016).
