INTRODUCTION
The following report is based on prominent challenges that are faced by an individual
during their graduation. In which the first challenge is debate challenge which is considered as
the most effective activity and help individual to improve their knowledge along with
communication skills and that ultimately support to students in future (Baek, 2020). Moreover,
another challenges that is faced by an individual are presentation, T-shirt and Hotel and all these
will be covered in this assignment. Further, the test is also includes portfolio and reflection on all
challenges. T-shirt challenge is considered as the noticeable action as it is connected with the
enhancement of logon for T-shirt brand addressing the monetary projections. Apart from this the
reflection and portfolio determines the prominent abilities that are useful and help in future
development.

An analysis of each challenge along with prominent skills in order to perform these challenges
effectively.
There are prominent four challenges in order to increase my learning skills as all these
are aidful for my professional career and development. Additionally, with presentation, T-shirt
and Hotel challenges. All these challenges are as follows:
Debate challenges: A debate is a structured arguments and there is two sides speakers
alternative for & against about a specific topic (Reilly, 2018). It considered as prominent and
imperative activity that is adapted by most of the colleges in order to improve the knowledge &
skills of students. As all these will help them in achieving the future goal as well as for career
development. It leads to prominently upgrade information in term of attaining some suitable and
effectively practices within company. From debate challenges I developed a unique skill that is
to make use of notes and eye contact with audiences in order to provide them clarity about my
points as well as it boost up my confidence level toward public speaking (Cheng, 2017). Along
with this debate challenges required a clear enunciation and which I needs to improved in
myself.
Communication skills: This is considered as the most and effective skills in term of
learning as it improves & supports each and every individual in development of future career
with relevance to exploring new opportunities. For which I have learnt that there are various

There are prominent four challenges in order to increase my learning skills as all these
are aidful for my professional career and development. Additionally, with presentation, T-shirt
and Hotel challenges. All these challenges are as follows:

Team work: This skills will play the major role as when I face debt challenges, there
were two groups A & B. in which I was in Team A and the topic for debate was gender equality.
During that I analyse this skill of team work as it is most required for gaining success as it
provides clarity to each individual, a specific path and direction is defined (Dreyer, 2017). And
that was effectively present in my team and due to this I gain success.
Time management: It represent the my strength with relevance to effectively utilisation
of time by considering my planning of work. In debate this is the primary factor that need to be
focused as it is time limited activity. So in order to impress the judges of competition, it is vital
to speak all essential talks without wasting time.
Business skills & competences: These skills was developed when I was pursue my MBA
course and that is useful for my professional career by undertaking the current scenario for
business and corporate company by addressing the set of skills respectively and that is vital for
types of scale. It represents various numbers of skills that is undertaken by my during college
days.
Presentation challenge:
In presentation challenge I developed communication skills and team work as I
successfully compete my classmates for gaining good marks in challenge. But the vital skill that
is required in presentation is time management skill for presenting all all points within a specific
time limit is very important and after presentation I have analysed this skill and it was absent in
myself now I need to improve that (Farrell, 2016).
T-shirt challenge:
In T-shirt challenge there was discussion about brand logo & name along with marketing
strategy and symbol of company on T-shirt. In this challenge I need to sell T-shirt with my skills
and for influencing peoples I need to present my skill in well mannered as well as to

Hotel challenge:
In this challenge we need to represent our skills that are required to effectively mange all
the operation of hotel management. In this the most required and essential skill is good
communication skill for making impression on guest as well as team work is another skill that is
required in hotel manger (Howatson-Jones, 2016). So from this challenges I have developed
these two prominent skill effectively but still I need to developed some competencies and
business skill for carrying out all business operation related to hotel.
In order to develop an effective team and perform the functions of this graduate channel I
used to be the part of an effective team development strategy. This help in meeting the
requirements and performing the functions in an appropriate way. I use an appropriate process
which is related to the Tuckman team development theory. This helps me in achieving better
results and performing the task in an appropriate way. There are different stages of this process
which are discussed below
Storming: it is a beginning stage of this process where I used to perform different
functions in order to collect the various information for different individuals ( Redmond, 2017).
This is a process where I develop number of skills and abilities to collect different individuals
and form in a team so that the common objectives can be achieved in relation to particular task
force stop this help in improving the functions as well as bringing better facilities.
Norming: Norman is a second stage in this process which is related to collecting the
different individuals in an order to meet the requirements of a particular function. It is essential
stage where various individuals are working together to meet the requirements (Masters, 2018).
Under this different aspects will be covered to meet the requirements and perform the function
effectively so that various strategies and challenges can be used by focusing on particular
system.
Performing is that stage which is used by the organisation in order to achieve the
objectives as well as perform different functions inadequate way. Under this roles and
responsibilities of different individuals are assigned to them so that they can perform their
functions and meet the requirements according to the needs. This help in meeting appropriate

utilising the resources according to the requirements. This help me in developing various systems
so that appropriate benchmarking system can be established.

me in fulfilling the t-shirt challenge. Some of the skills are discussed below:

well as how to trend will help in developing an appropriate system (Halme, 2018). I also used to
perform different functions where I used to develop logos pictures and manage various functions
which help in managing the brands and fulfilling the t-shirt challenge in appropriate manner.
Finance: this is also important skill which is developed by me in order to achieve the
better results as well as perform the function in appropriate way. I used to understand the various
factors which help in achieving better results and identifying different approaches of managing
finance. And this I used to perform various kind of budgets as well as different factors which
help in identification of cost and performing the task in appropriate manner. This also help in
meeting the requirements and analysing the challenges according to the requirements.
Operation: operation can be defined as that structure which is related to performing the
functions in order to meet the challenge. Under this I used to perform different functions which
help in identifying the challenges as well as improving my working skills for stock in order to
meet the operational task are used to perform an appropriate plan which help me in gaining
insight about different factors and performing according to the requirements (KO, 2016).
Action plan
Specific- The main and primary objective to improve & develop the prominent skills &

Measurable- In relation to getting effective and excellent marks I need to improve my
communication skills by taking participate in debate and presentation challenges as well as by
considering effective use of right grammar so that I will able to attain my goal and will able to
participate in prominent activities.
