MAIN BODY Business functions and there importance in the business: - Human resource: - Human resource refer to the function of business which control all the business function related to human resources of the company. They work for the company in maintaining all the business requirement to human resource and employees, they work to provide the best employees for the organization and HR of Tesco is providing the best human resources for the company so that company can achieve all the business goals and objective. HR is connected to all the other business functions like operations, marketing, finance and it . Every part ofo business functions are interlinked with other part of business. HR are linked to marketing so that people get aware about the job position and finance gives the money to marketing team so that they can spend the money to do marketing and HR (Macchi, Savino and Roda, 2020). Operations team focus in providing all the operations works related to every part of business and at last IT helps the company maintaining the business activities and provide them a great IT solution to them. Marketing: - Marketing works in promoting the business operating work and also helps in development of business product. Tesco provide one of the best marketing process in market as they are making the best marketing strategies for there product in market which are also helping the business of Tesco in getting more of the audience and also providing th best of business in the market. Marketing is lined with all the other functions as the HR is linked in providing the best employee and hiring the best employees for Tesco so that they can work best for the company and finance helps in providing the best salary and promotional finance to company in makingmarketingstrategiesandoperationstocalculatetheproductionaccordingtothe promotional activities of the Tesco. Finance: - Finance of the company works in providing the best financial objective on which Tesco made other objective to overcome the goal. Finance of the company is to make the financial structure better and also make them used in the best ways so that company does not stuck or lack in future. Every function is related and linked to finance as without the financial help the business functions cant perform to their best and every function need money to perform and they are linked to finance some or the other how. Operation: - Operation management refer to the process of business in which they focus in the production of product and services (Tavana, 2017). They are interlinked with all the other 3
