INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge is defined as the program that cover different aspect that are going to
be held during graduation period and every individual will show their knowledge and
information about the different brand that are there in the market. (Andrade and et. al, 2019).
There are many challenges and competition that is being there during graduation but group
activity and presentation skill have their own importance in the learning of a individual, which
can enhance the capacity and ability of the individual while pursuing graduation. There is a
electronic portfolio which will record all the different challenges and activities. Through this all
the data will be safely recorded and used as the evidence in the assignments and this is used to
manage data with the advance technology of web.
Portfolio manage the record of images, files, input text, blogs. Multimedia and electronic files.
The main function of the portfolio is to design proper format that will help to learn the different
discussions, action plans and personal development. Rest all the activities are explained under:

CHALLENGES
T-shirt challenge
Different business prospective were to be analysed during the T-shirt challenge, so that T-shirt
logo can be created that will help in marketing the logo of that brand in the marketplace. (Bell
and et. al, 2018). There are various market condition that need to be considered during the
challenge for the effective determination of target market with their needs and offer the right
product for the customer in affordable prices. The fixed budget of the challenge was £200, so
that each cost can be incurred for say variable and fixed costs. Skills that I developed during this
challenge are communication skills, time management skills and team work and business skills.
They are helping me in insight of the business that will motivate me to take right decision and
can run the business in effective and growing way. This is very important to take right in order to
run the business successfully. While creating the logo of T-shirt, it is important to considered
other t-short logo so that logo can not be copied and can save the copyright law of the
government.

Presentation Challenge:
During the preparation of presentation various challenges are to be faced that will affect
the aspect of team work like coordination of team member, duty of each member and knowledge
of team about the topic. Communication skills is the quality and can be a challenge that is faced
by the individual during the presentation and affects the whole performance of the team
members.
It also helps in making understanding the audience who all are listening the presentation in a
better way to understand the content of the presentation. Effective communication is the key
aspect that have to be considered in these challenges so that these skills can be developed which
will help the business to grow and earn maximum profit. Attending e- portfolio is a part of this
challenge. This help in understanding the tough presentation. Effective business presentation will
be prepared on the E-portfolio. This also helps in understanding to all the people who all the
present in the meeting.
Debate Challenge:
The main challenge in the presentation is the choice of topic that can initiate the
presentation further in a valued manner. (Chiel, Winthrop and Winn, 2020). The topic which is
chosen for the presentation is the importance of CSR as the advertising tools and foreign
organisation should follow home country or international laws. The business prospective in this
challenge is to find a solid topic that can influence the business for the success and growth and
company will do the CSR activity and follow all the legal laws in order to sustain in the market
and get their potential customers. Business related knowledge can be generated through effective
debate and the most important aspect in this challenge is the time management. For achieving the
objective on time, I have developed my skills in predefined period. This help me in getting more
knowledge via debate on this topic. Maximum knowledge will help to develop insight in the
business activity. This will help in generating strong portfolio. All the weak point will be
evaluated so that they can be overcome by different method in order to efficient running of
business.

SKILLS
Communication Skills
It is the medium of sending message from one person to another in a clear manner in
order to achieve the transparency in the communication. While learning through various
challenges I have learned so much for the good communication skills and get over it. This
communication skill is used by in conveying message to other and I make sure that right
information or message will be sent to the listener. (Taufique and et. al, 2017). It will help in
getting good communication skills. While working on my communication, I have used Laswell’s
model for the betterment of my communication and I have improved my communication by
using a systematic use of what to say, through which medium to say and when to say and to
whom to say etc. This is the model that helps in getting suitable communication with the clear
words framing and required information is transmitted and eliminates the barrier of the speaking
skills. This skilled is developed by facing this challenge and learned so many things that
contribute to be a good communicator, but I have a fear of presenting in front of audience and
with good communication I will try best of mine in the presentation.
Teamwork
This is the skill that can be developed by working with two or more people having same
objectives and target (Yusuf, 2017). It will help in achieving work together and can develop a
team spirit. I have developed this skill when I am facing the problem while working in a team
with the common objectives. I am trying to make coordination among us for the elimination of
all the issue from the organisation. I have used Tuckman’s theory to solve this problem and
categorised the different team in different phases. While facing this challenge, I have tried to be
calmer and relax to coordinate with the team and I managed the hotel challenge in simple way.
Time management skills
It is the skill is the main point that needs to be managed by everyone and I have faced this
while performing many activities and not able to manage the time. I have used Pareto principle;
this is also known as the 80/20 rule (Yavari-Ramshe and Ataie-Ashtiani, 2016). This makes me
more efficient and complete the task on the basis of their requirement. It helps in managing the

activities with flexibilities and smoothness. Each activity has been divided in to segments by
which every important task can be identified and will be done in an effective manner. I came
with the T-shirt challenge so that the predefined goal can be achieved in fixed time. This make
me learned the importance of time in context of various business activity.
Business skills
It is the skill that is used to minimize the problems and enhance in problem solving,
presentation skills and leadership. In the debate challenge, I have used the business skill through
which I have taken all the right solution to implement the positive change with the result. I have
faced problem while preparing a budget in which the amount has been divided the activities by
Microsoft excel as I m not good in excel and their proper use. This makes me help in business
skill that how I can upgrade and change the activities related to the management.
