INTRODUCTION
Business challenge are very necessary for the organization as it helps the firm in
identifying its pros and cons. Along with this, the study will be discussing on three types of
challenges such as presentation, apprentice and T shirt challenge. Moreover, the present report
will be giving the reflection of all the challenges.
MAIN BODY
Presenting Apprentice challenge
Throughout the assessment I have gain knowledge about the business challenge and
the way it affects the overall development of the organization. Along with this, it can occur at
any time of conducting the business as most of the threats are uncertain in nature. However,
each functional department of the company has to focus on reducing the risk so that it
organization can prosper in the market (Hopkinson and et.al., 2018). Furthermore, the
challenges arises form the factor that are present in the external as well as internal business
environment. In addition to this, I have analysed about the various type of business
challenge such as lack of capital, political rules and regulation, technological and change in
customer taste and preferences. However, before launching any new product in the market
organization has to analysis the overall environment so that it can identify the risk easily and
find the appropriate solution.
Furthermore, I have learned about apprentice challenge that affect the relation between the
employees and damage the working environment (Mendling and et.al.,2018). However, team
work play very important role in the organization as it contribute in reaching the goals
effectively. Moreover, the aim of this challenge is to enhance the communicative skills in
order to inspire teams so that it can come up with innovative idea. Along with this, it is
consisted of various activities that are generally suitable for all levels of staff and the task can
easily change to meet the particular objectives and aims. Furthermore, in this challenge
functional units are segmented in teams so that it can compete with each other that allows
building healthy environment within the company. Along with this, challenge helps the
company in encouraging team work withing the firm that result in accomplishing the
objective in the limited frame of time. In addition to this, it helps the company in saving the

recruitment cost as hiring new employees will increase the operational cost as training need to
be given to the fresher. While this challenge helps the organization in enhancing the skills of
the employees that contribute in increasing the overall growth of the organization.
In addition to this, such challenge in business allows the company to build the healthy
relation with the employees and motivate them to work hard. Along with this, it helps the
organization to improve their services as well as results in increasing the overall growth of the
firm in the competitive environment (Nevskaya and et.al., 2019). However, if the quality of
product is good it contributes in satisfying their customer that allows organization to
sustain in the competitive market. Furthermore, I have analysis that this challenge majorly
affect the HR department as it is responsible for hiring employees and to look after them so
that there needs are fulfilled. Along with this, I have learned that this challenge allows the
employee's to understand the culture of the company as well as other workers. Z Moreover,
the HR department has to conduct such activities on monthly basis so that employees do not
feel obligated and have a mindset of excessive working.
In addition to this, this challenge will affect the employees angle as it is main
objective is to build communication skills among subordinates (Xu, 2018). Moreover, this
department s very necessary as it is key source for running the business and contributes more
in earning large profit. Furthermore, throughout the assessment I have analysis interview of
employees need to be taken so that it can provide with various ideas and to identify the key
issues faced by them. Along with this, I have conducted interview of the employees first I
have divided the group according to their roles and from each group two subordinates were
selected for the interview. In addition to this, during the interview I have asked question
related to their strengths and weakness so that I can have detail knowledge regarding them.
Along with this, I have analyzed that while taking the interview a person should be well
dresses and have positive body language as well it should give brief detail about itself before
commencing the interview so that participant feel comfortable. Throughout the assessment I
have developed various soft and inter personnel skill such as communication skill while
interacting with the group member. However, this skill is very important in personnel
development as it allow enhancing overall personality (Moore and et.al., 2020). Along with
this, I have also improved my time management skill as I have distributed the task and made
a time table so that I can have track about my assessment. In addition to this, while taking

the interview of client I was bitten nervous and need to work on my presentation skills as it is
important in both workplace and educational institution. While working with the assessment I
was not able to understand about the business challenge for that I researched about it read
various article so that I can have detail knowledge about it. Along with this, I have analyze
that business needs to come up with the idea of various challenges in order to maintain
healthy environment within the organization. However, through out the assessment I have
developed computer skill such as I have used software such as Excel in order to make the
chart and graph of the interview. Along with this, I developed the skills such as teamwork
and the way it is important for running the business.
Presentation challenges
This is very common business challenge as in every business meeting the company has to give
presentation so that participant can understand the motive. Throughout the assessment I have
develop various skill such as communication as it is most important while presenting the
project so that clear direction is given to the employees (Jordan and et.al., 2021). In addition
to this, I have improved by presentation skill that will me in developing my overall
personality. For presentation a person need to control the body language so that it don’t get
nervous. In addition to this, I have to work on time management skill as it is most
important while working as each slide is set with the timer. Along with this, this skill is also
important so that proper timing is divide to the task so that it can accomplished in the
limited frame of time. In order to develop my skill the I had to develop an action plan such
as I have to take class related to the presentation skill as well as I have adopted for the 2
week exam in order to improve my skill.
Explaining T shirt challenge
This challenge is based on designing the shirt desing in order to increase the brand image in
the competitive market. Along with this, in this challenge logo, production cost and
arrangement of cloth is done. However, the aim of this challenge is to increase the
production service, ,marketing and sales so that brand image is improved. Moreover, the
target market was planned to attract youth and middle age as that are more interested in
fashion trends (Yusuf and Sugiyanto, 2021.). Along with this, the marketing of this product
can be done through both level of marketing likewise digital and traditional. Throughout the
assessment I have developed two skill such as research skill as before launching new

product an detail knowledge need to be done in order to identify the new trends in the
market. Moreover, it is also require to find out the threats and opportunity so that proper
strategy is developed for marketing. In addition to this, I have to write the business report in
order to find the right strategy for the firm. Furthermore, I have learn about the teamwork
as for developing logo I have no idea about the research thus I have to take help of my
senior. Also the project was divided in small task and every participant has to research on
their topic so together we have accomplished the main goal.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that there are various type of challenges
in business and all has to be accomplished in order to success of business. Along with this, the
study has also thrown light on the self reflection that contributed in identifying various skills
