INTRODUCTION To run a business effectively there is need to have proper knowledge and understanding which can be used to bring the changes and managing all functions. Students are studying in university and colleges for the purpose of developing their understanding and managing the all functions. A person is required to analysis market and trends which are running in current environment and introduce the products and services accordingly (Benati and Fischer, 2020). The present report is based on challenges that occurs while studying and maintaining good behaviour. To solve the problems and challenges there is need to have good communication and coordination which can be used to develop the skills as well as abilities. The report covers a plan and strategies which can be used to attain the higher productivity by focusing on presentation challenge, T-shirt challenge, and apprentice. MAIN BODY When I was studying in college I noticed that business environment is changing day by day where it is important to find out the challenges and bring changes which can be used to solve the problems. If all the working is done properly then it will be great opportunity to grow their business. I developed my knowledge and skills in different field. Reflection is the activity in which individual share their knowledge about market and develop the productivity effectively. Herein, I read about Apprentice, presentation, and T-Shirt challenges which can be used to attain the higher productivity. While studying my tutor has assigned me assignment or project where I come to know my strength and weakness that supported me to complete the project. Herein, I facedthe T-shirt,presentation,and apprenticechallengesthataffectedthe organizational productivity and profitability. The apprentice challenges are target market, branding, distribution, and pricing that affects the business. The T-shirt challenges are changing environment, trending, and time management that affects the organizational activities. The presentation challenges are technical,impersonalexperienceandlackofengagementthatimpactsonorganizational functions and activities (Nichols, Block, and Wilson, 2019). 2.Reflectivewriting on skillsgained from all challengesthat is Presentation, Apprentice Challenge and T-Shirt Challenge. Skills and knowledge is important for any individual that should be used to perform any functions and activities. While working in Tesco organization, there were many challenges 2
which is focused during working and maintaining performance. There is need to have proper records and understanding about task which can be used to develop the skills and complete the project on time. In relation to running a business there is need to have proper understanding which can be used accept the changes and maintaining the performance. From the all challenges Igainedskillswhilesharingthetasksuchascommunication,timemanagement,and mathematical skills which are important to managing the all functions and activities. The emotional challenges are anxiety disorder, conduct disorder, psychotic, and eating disorders which are used to develop the individual skills and abilities that can help to attain the higher productivity. In this, emotional symptoms are related to medication side effects or chronic medical conditions. As a management, skills and understanding about particular topic is defined as main task which can be uses to adopt the challenges which can help to develop the productivity (Boda, 2019). Skills Gained from Challenges using some of these sub-headings. In business environment occurrence of challenges is natural where it is important to focus on challenging environment and introduce the services accordingly. As environment is changing where skills and environment can be change where products and services can be introduced as per requirement which can help to develop the business performance and profitability. In relation to business environment required skills for particular challenges are defined blow: Communication skills/Emotional Intelligence –Communication is the act of developing and transferring the knowledge from one place to another that can help to managing the each function and activities. This is important for each individual to understand what is people saying and how to solve the problems. This typically happens in three ways verbal, non- verbal, and visual that became easy for people to share the task and manage the each functions. Emotional intelligence is most often defined as ability to perceive, useand manage the stress level and solving the problems clearly which can help to develop the business performance. While working in Tesco as a manager, communication skills is defined as main aspects of running a business as information and messages are shared between employer and employees which can be used to run a business and attaining the higher performance. 3

This helps to attain the business goals and attain the higher productivity. 3.Analysis of Each Challenge from a business angle and knowledge gained from about how businesses actually work. In the business market, there is need to have proper knowledge which can be used to gain higher performance and productivity. The challenges from business angel that are defined below: Branding-This is major T-Shirt challenge which us facing by individual while running their business that can be create the challenge while running business. This pressure on branding to deliver short term financial gains and make the right business decision. From this I gained the knowledge about how to improve the brand image and solve the problems which can help to 4
establish the business goals. The management should be understand the value of brand which is important to improve the business performance. T-Shirt design is needed to have properly as it uses to bring the changes in environment and targeting the market which can help to attain the business goals (Juavinett, 2020). Finance -For running any kind of business and activities there is need to have finance skills as it is used to set the budget and allocate the fund properly between employees. This can help to attain the business goals and performance effectively. Finance skills is the most important skills that should have in individual for the purpose of managing a functions and activities. As working in Tesco, there is need to have finance skills which uses for managing budget and allocating the fund in each activity that can help to managing the each function and productivity. This supports to gain the knowledge in particular area and maintaining the higher performance. Operations -This is another skill which is required at the workplace for the purpose of running business and attaining higher performance. The importance of operational function is to perform the all functions and brining the changes at the workplace which can help to develop and performing well at the workplace. While working in Tesco, as a management there is need to have proper operational skills and abilities which can be used by individual person for the purpose of managing the higher performance (Reubens, 2019). 4.Discussion of the following themes in relation to Teamwork; Tuckman’s Theory on Teamwork This can be explained as educational psychologist theory which can be used by each organization for the purpose of running their business and attaining the profitability. The Tuckman’s theory model is defined below: Forming –This stage is used by employer and employees for thinking the new one which can be used to develop the skills and organizational performance. Storming –The management of selected organization used storming by identifying problem that occurs while working and managing functions (Alves, and et.al., 2019). Norming –This stage is related to stating clear roles and responsibilities that is performing by individual and employee for the purpose of introducing something new and managing higher performance. Performing –This stage is used to brining the changes in their stage and developing the business activities which can help to develop the organizational performance. 5
Adjourning –In this, task is being completed by management and employees as it can help to develop the business performance and higher productivity (Marburger, 2019). 5.Action Plan The SMART goals are: To improve the communication and emotional intelligence within 2 Months. To maintain the good relationship with all employees and getting the work done. To understand the goals and achieve it within 6 month that can help to develop the business performance. CONCLUSION From the report it can be explained that graduate challenge which states a person should have proper knowledge and skills which can be used to find out the problems and solve them properly. The are different skills such as communication, collaboration, time management and others that can help to develop the business performance and supports to meet personal goals. 6
