INTRODUCTON
The current analysis is based on three major issues that individuals confront when they graduate.
The first is the apprenticeship challenge, which is an important activity that also assists students
in their academic careers by providing appropriate assistance to students during their studies so
that they can get their degree while working. Furthermore, the exam took into account the
portfolios and reflection based on the presenting challenge, which required a proper introduction
to Tesco, which is the most well-known and appropriate retail chain in the United Kingdom
(Poff, 2018). In addition, the t-shirt challenge was seen as a notable activity since it is closely
tied to the development of awareness for the t-shirt brand in terms of financial forecasts. Away
with this the reflection and Portfolio is recognised in view of the noticeable capabilities that are
useful and also necessary for the test.

Explain several challenges and define every ability in order to accomplish these challenges
properly.
There are three major hurdles for me to overcome in terms of improving my learning skills, all of
which are beneficial to my career path and advancement. In addition, LSST is among the Vellore
Institutes in terms of studying a variety of talents in England. It tends to provide a variety of
Master's programmes that are beneficial in the development of talents and advancing one's
professional career. There are three difficulties that are highlighted in this paper, and they are as
follows:
Apprentice Challenge (LSST)
Apprenticeship challenge is rather important and also regarded for the notable strategies of LSST
contemplating the influential actions that are beneficial of making a decision the notable choices
by weighing the advantages to the firm's collaborators and also contributes to the growth of
suitable system people who are interrelated with the corporation.
Communication skills: It is done as a skill that is significant in terms of education since it aids in
the growth of a profession in aspects of pursuing new chances (Zahneis, 2020). For this, I've
discovered that there are a variety of problems, and that I need to strengthen my sentence
structuring in order to communicate effectively.

 Teamwork: When I was faced with this difficulty, I used these talents to assemble all of
my members of the team and divide tasks with them in order to achieve appropriate
objectives between my staff as part of functioning well.
 Time Management: It effectively represents my ability to successfully manage my time
when it comes to job planning (Kansakar, Munir and Shabani, 2019). The appropriate
thanks are due to Undertaker, who considers major activity in terms of commencing and
focusing for successful work categorization in terms of completing on time.
 Business skills: These talents are acquired as part of my MBA programme, and they are
beneficial in my professional career as I evaluate the current reality for business and
corporate organisations in terms of the set of skills that are required for the various scales.
Tesco Presentation
This is a significant problem because the corporation is needed to continuously analyse market
conditions while comparing Tesco's performance to that of its rivals. For this reason, the
business objective and challenge focus on Tesco's current operations, as well as some
suggestions that the firm must implement in order to improve its market success.
Communication skills: When presenting a presentation to a group of people, it is critical to have
excellent communication skills while considering my own ideas and terminology. In this regard,
I have delivered several presentations during my professional life and have also attended
different courses and trainings in order to strengthen my communication abilities and
communicate effectively data to my team members (Ylitalo and Meyer, 2019). In the case of
Tesco, it is beneficial to the corporation in terms of offering guidance to staff so that they can
take advantage of market prospects.
 Teamwork: When presenting a presentation at my institution, I need to form a strong
effective group members in order to offer appropriate thoughts to others. In respect to
Tesco's management, Team Spirit must be developed among current workers in order to
improve performance and efficiency.
 Time management: It is viewed as an important notion that will assist me in giving a
suitable presenting and having efficient governance of my members of the team to
convey my perspective appropriateness that is simple to comprehend and clarify various
things.

 Business skills: I've delivered multiple presentations at seminars on the importance of
business strategy in terms of improving presentation performance. It successfully
considers numerous factors that are helpful in clarifying the notion and making it simple
to comprehend. In this respect, I've also offered a presenting challenge, which is good for
making things more appealing in an efficient way.
T-shirt Challenge
By contemplating the term Allstar, the t-shirt problem was significantly linked with the
examination of the brand's logo. The significant task had to be completed within a $250 budget,
with a clear determination of Tesco's target demographic for their t-shirts (Walker, Richards and
Budway, 2021). The task was substantial in terms of providing insight into branding and finance
that depicted the appropriate viewpoint for the firm. Tesco's target market, for example, was
young people who care about the environment. As a result, the capital "T" is utilised as the
company's emblem in order to draw more people to the company's uniqueness and
enviromentally goods.
 Communication skills: When confronted with this difficulty, it is beneficial for me to
examine efficient vocabulary of T-shirt budgeting process (Wardrop, Coyne and
Needham, 2019). Furthermore, I've discovered that these abilities take into account
excellent phrase structuring and word articulation.
 Teamwork: When confronted with these issues, I need to build an efficient and high
functionality in which I have talented team members, with a focus on the five individuals
who visibly share more details and contribute fully to the firm's operations.
 Time management: Fill the time management is important in order to take on problems
such as performing many tasks as a result of planning and scheduling each action, and on
that premise, I need to execute multiple tasks for my members of the team in an efficient
manner. Business skills: : This competence depicts efficient assistance in the face of obstacles
such as implementing efficient budgeting process for T-shirts and implement appropriate
sales and production operations, among other things.

Branding: I have evaluated the most significant difficulties that are relevant to the business's
operation in order to improve the company's branding. In order to meet these issues, my team
members design t-shirts using a range of brands and logos in order to promote the Institute
online, and they also decide on a price plan with my team colleague. Aside from that, effective
engagement of staff employees is critical when it comes to marketing.
Finance: Another function that is beneficial in terms of examining the main pillar and
implementing effective functioning that is useful in determining the budgets and price of these
issues is budgeting.
Operations: Considering the changes that are beneficial to the business's functioning, these
challenges are beneficial in terms of team members performing appropriate activities and
learning various things in order to implement successful operating to handle their processes and
other actions in an efficient way.
Estimate the Tuckman’s theory for teamwork
Forming: It is the initial stage, in which the leader directs the development of their team based
on the talents and expertise of the employees (Bowie and McLane-Davison, 2021). As a leader, I
take this step because I want to classify the teammates who rely on me the most into tiny groups.
Storming: This is the process of effectively developing strong relationships among team
members while assessing the best position to undertake important tasks.
Norming: At this point, I'm mostly focused on these problems in terms of making tiny
judgments and delegating them.
Performing: In this section, the most significant issues are produced in terms of new ways for
performing appropriate activities while taking into account the team members' interpersonal
growth.
Action plan
Specific: The main goal is to build appropriate skills and competences in order to perform to
one's full ability in order to achieve high grades.

Measurable: I need to enhance communication by contemplating efficient usage correction
language and working to my full ability in group working activities in order to achieve
good grades.
Achievable: In acquiring the necessary abilities, I must do thorough research on well-known
brands and relevant theories, taking into account the resources that will be beneficial in
obtaining the project and the many problems that will be faced while implementing
marketing strategies.
Relevant: It represents the component of developing skills and information that are necessary for
a vocation, as well as obtaining an appropriate degree while taking into account the efforts for
capabilities and opportunity to reach significant goals (Hypolite, 2020).
Time bound: Within 8 months I must to study these abilities and do with full prospective.

CONCLUSION
In light of the foregoing discussion, it is clear that the apprenticeship challenge is both successful
and beneficial for the development of appropriate competencies, given the better and more
powerful knowledge gained from the extent of Such Classwork in order to improve the
company's activities and working methods. Along with empowering and providing a quick
awareness of the necessary abilities required to develop and introduce their presentation, this
present assignment also educated and provided a brief understanding of the proper skills required
to produce and begin their demonstration. Along with this successful identification, it has also
aided me in deciding more things as a result of a prominent emphasis on the appropriate
capabilities, which has aided me in improving my level of growth.
