INTRODUCTION
Graduate challenge are basically challenges faced by students while completing their
graduation studies. This report highlights graduate challenges such as apprentice, presentation
and t-shirt challenge which I faced while completing my studies under an university (Totterman,
2020). This report includes skills which I developed while working on this challenges. The report
also includes an action plan which will help me to develop these skills in three years of my
graduation at university.
MAIN BODY
The Challenges
Following are the challenges that I faced while completing my graduation in an
university-
ï‚· Apprentice Challenge- Apprentice challenge are challenges that I faced while working
in a company. I faced apprentice challenge while working under a bread factory. This
made a stress on me as I was unable to cope with managing time. I worked well under
stress while managing my time and work together. There were a lot of workers working
together with me which made me unable to cope with stress while making friends as well
as dividing duties. I struggled working with sharing duties as it was my first experience
while working under a company. I faced challenges in marketing process as well as
manufacturing process as it was a all new task for me. My potential to learn new things
has influenced my mentor to take some beneficial actions for me. In order to reduce stress
my mentor shifted me under a team. This has created an opportunity for me to learn new
things under a supervision team and experienced team mates. This changes in my work
process helped me in reducing my stress by working under a team by gaining knowledge
as well as making new friends.
ï‚· Presentation Challenge- Presentation challenge are challenges that I faced while
creating a presentation file along with presenting in front of group of lecturers of my
university (Stephens and Coryell, 2021). I was given a task to create a presentation on
Tesco which is a multinational company situated in UK. I was also asked to present this
presentation in front of group of lectures and some trusties of university I was studying
in. I faced challenges while creating presentation on MS-Word and Excel as I was not

that proficient in working with in these tools. I struggled with creating a presentation file
while using PowerPoint tools. I also faced challenges in presenting my file in front of the
lecturers and trustees of university I was studying in. It was an all new task and an
opportunity to present myself with my presentation on stage. I was a bit nervous on
presenting file in front of a group of people.
ï‚· T-shirt Challenge- T-shirt challenge are one of the challenges that I faced in my years of
graduation while studying in an university (Sandri, Holdsworth and Thomas, 2018).
Once in time, me and my classmates were given a task to design a t-shirt by identifying
taste of target audience. It was not an easy task for me to design a t-shirt. I faced
challenges while analysing marketing place as well as creating an attractive t-shirt which
can be wear by children to adults of all skin tones. I struggled in identifying market
trends and demands by adopting a marketing strategy. It was a new challenge for me
which was something out of box for me. After a numerous research we come up an idea
of designing an attractive t-shirt while using national currency of Romania. We created a
t-shirt by printing national currency of Romania which is one of the most attractive
currencies of world on front side of T-shirt giving it an attractive look and design.
The Skills-
Various skills that I have demonstrated while facing these above mentioned challenges
during my graduation years are evaluated as below-
ï‚· Communication skills- Communication skills are capabilities of receiving and giving
various informations to people. I gained and developed this skills while working in a
bread factory. I got various opportunities to interact with my co-workers and team mates
while working together with them. Interacting with supervisors and managers has build
confidence to interact with people while sharing my thoughts, ideas and informations
with them. Working with a team and making friends has developed my ability of
friendliness which will help me in future growth. While working with bread factory I
have developed my ability as a active listener by gathering knowledge and informations
from managers, team leaders, etc. This experience has impacted positively by building
my ability of accepting critical feedbacks as well as providing solutions to problems and
questions in order to strengthen project I will be working on future.

ï‚· Teamwork- Working in a bread factory as well as designing an attractive t-shirt has
helped me to build by ability to work with and under a team (Nobles, 2019). While
working in bread factory I have build my capability to work with people together while
sharing ideas, thoughts as well as duties. While working with a number of employees
helped me to split complicated tasks to a simpler one by distributing duties among us.
Working together helped me to build a strong relationship with my team mates and co
employees. Building this skill will help me to establish a strong healthy bond with my
future clients, employees etc. Similarly while working on designing a t-shirt with my
classmates helped me work under a team effectively and efficiently. I have learned to
work proficiently with a group of people by exchanging thoughts, emotions, ideas, etc.
ï‚· Time Management- While facing the above challenges I have learned to manage my
time in order to complete my task in time while enhancing efficiency in my work. On
working in a bread factory I use to manage my time according to tasks allotted to me in
order to complete tasks by meeting deadline. Managers use to allot me several tasks like
managing inventory, resources etc. to monitoring supply chain. In order to complete these
tasks I use to arrive office at time along with competing a task in a specific time so that I
don't suffer from shortage of time. This activities helped me to develop my skills in time
management.
ï‚· Business Skills- On facing stress in presentation challenge allotted by university where I
was studying in, helped me gain business skills for my future growth (Mok and Jiang,
2018). While creating presentation I got to know about several tools of MS-Word and
excel which I was not familiar with before. This has created a positive impact on me by
building my proficiency in these above mentioned tools. Also, while presentation in front
of faculties and trustees of university, I got to know about presentation ethics , how to
start and end a presentation, exchanging thoughts and ideas in corporate, etc.

Evaluating an action plan which I will have to acquire in 3 years of my graduation in
order to have a bright future are as below-

From the above report it is concluded that graduate challenges are challenges faced by a
student during years of graduation. These are challenges faced by an individuals in its graduation
years in terms of apprentice, presentation and t-shirt challenges which are usually tasks allotted
by university to develop skills of its students. Presentation challenges are challenges faced by a
student while creating and presenting a presentation project in front of group of people. T-shirt
challenges are challenges which are faced by a student in developing an attractive t-shirt.
