Introduction
Reflection is the method that is used by writers to discuss an actual position, scene,
conversation or any other event. It is actually used for the growth and development of person's
thought and their talents. Reflection is one of the important stage for the individual to make
effective practices in learning and development in their skills. This report is based on the
reflection and create an understanding of how I have to enhanced my skills and ability in
different aspects. When I was in the higher education, I found various kind of difficulties in order
to maintain my studies. That leads to make a platform and maintain good behaviour within the
class room and developed major skills for professional development. To solve the problems it is
important to highlighted the good communication and coordination to developed the skills
(Prikhidkoand Haynes, 2018). This reports covers an action plan and strategies to attain the
higher productivity by focusing on presentation, Apprentice, T-shirt challenges. Furthermore,
skills that are developed through the activities and An action plan that helps to developed more
definite skills within the individual.
Main Body
The major challenges
Within higher education, I noticed that business environment is changing day by day due
to different environmental aspects. This brings an important aspect in the individual life to make
changes that can be solved their problems in an effective way. If all of the challenges are
overcome through various perspectives and helps for an individual to learn great opportunities at
business level. I have developed different skills in different fields at the time of graduation. I
worked on the Apprenticeship, T-shirt and presentation challenges with the help of learning
skills as communication, teamwork, time management and different business skills. Within the
Apprentice challenge, I faced the issue in managing the work load on time. In addition to this, I
had issues that are related to inappropriate team management system at the time of graduation
(Sharma, 2020). Furthermore, to manage the good team management and better coordination, I
faced different issues in theoretical concepts and challenges in day to day activities. In addition
to these challenges, I was unable to communicate with my team members in an appropriate
manner, which made the lack of trust, confidence within the team. For this, I have to maintain
the good communication channel and inspire my team for work effectively in assigned time

period. T-shirt challenge, is the another challenge that I faced and it included my targeted
customers base. Furthermore choosing a range of product development and calculate the cost in
different manners for printing a T-shirt and show the innovation within the activity. For
removing these barriers, I had to make suitable challenges and try to learn regarding business
environment, calculating production costs, product differentiation and different promotional
strategies in an effective time period. There are different issues, which I have been identifying to
established a schedule and unaware with the basic approaches to build the company and make
growth by achieving different skills. The above mentioned challenges are associated to make an
effective team and developing different skills for managing and analysing the time. (Cooter,
2018). Moreover, skills development are helpful for gain the knowledge of particular topics that
are discussed within the classes. These challenges are used for gaining more productivity within
the organisation in an effective manner. These challenges which I had faced during graduation
period and worked on the Apprentice, presentation and t-shirt challenges. Further, I tried to
overcome that and I developed different skills and action plan for the future use.
Developing skills
There are different skills and knowledge which is gained by the individuals to work on
performance and analyse the function activities in an effective manner. From the above
discussion on challenges, I gained skills and information that are related to communication, time
management and presentation skills. Additionally, these skills are used for managing functions
and activities in an effective time period (Guy and Boards, 2019). The changes which are faced
by the individual within the environment at different skills are needed to be introduced for
getting effective performance and profitability in an effective time-period.
 Communication skills: Communication skill is the way to transfer knowledge from one
place to another in an effective time period. This is very important to each and individual
perspective to understand the concept and solve issues with communication skills. I have
gained this skills while working on the above discussed challenges. Apprentice challenge
is useful in gaining communication skill and developed on the basis of problem solving
approach and manage as per the growth in different perspective.
 Teamwork: This skill is referred to collect the data and achieve the most common goals
and let the people know about gaining higher performance. The team work skills is
helpful for gaining interrelated management and allocate the work within the specified

growth to develop different organisational skills and attain goals. I have developed this
skills through the use of major functions and activities on the basis of organisational
productivity and profitability.
 Time management: Another skill is time management, which is helpful for acquiring
different concepts and data to setting goals and make effective time management risks in
different methods. Meeting this skill is shown a reflection that team members are
working in the group at given time period. It will be helpful for considering different
process and accomplish the time management in different techniques and growth
(Goldman, 2019). That is helpful for running to attain the growth for different business
development and achieve the goals in an effective manner.
 Business skills and competencies: This is the last skill, that is gain and require for
managing business activities and work within the companies. This is helpful for
analysing the business activities and challenges to attain the goals. This strategy make
higher productivity within the environment and provide relevant work culture to sustain
the effective work culture. I have gain this skill while working on the challenges that are
discussed above.
Challenges focus on business angles
When it comes to business market, an individual, feel to arise the need to make proper
growth and knowledge to gain higher performance and productivity in different manner. There
are some major challenges which are discussed below:
 Branding: Branding is the process that is used to make a communication a unique selling
proposition, make a differential activity. In addition to that it is a set to work on the
products and services that are used by the company which is apart from their competitors.
This skill is related to T-shirt and presentation challenge and to overcome the challenge a
company can easily gain this skill in their employees (Braga and Zuest, 2019). As this
business angle is related to show some innovation within the organisation and present
their information to their valuable customers.
 Operations: This is the process which is required at their workplace for the different
purpose and make running business environment to attain the higher performance and
ability in definite time period. This function is important to work within the companies as

it will be helpful for covering presentation and Apprentice challenge. It is helpful to work
and make a communicating network with the management and its higher performance.
 Finance: To run the business in any way, there is the need of financial skills which is
used to set the budget and allocate the funds in different employees segment
(Drevdahland Canales, 2018). This skill is helpful for conducting and managing budget in
an effective manner and work over the different financial activities within the company.

Conclusion
From the above discussion, it is evaluated that to work on different skills are helpful for
the individual to make competency and identify the need to work in professional work-culture. It
would be beneficial for the students to developed major strategies and skills for conducting all
the operations in an effective time frame. It is analysed that having the ability to determine
different challenges and try to overcome that in specified time period is very important grabbing
good future opportunities. Furthermore, it is determined that action plan is used in describing
different adjustment on the areas which are needed to be developed by a graduate student.
