INTRODUCTION
Graduation is challenging and a developing task for an individual to which several
professional and personal development skills are gained by a student. The number of activities
which are conducted and completed during the entire course of graduation which also offers
certain challenges in front of the students. I also faced three critical challenges during my
graduation that are apprentice, action and t-shirt pitch challenge. Present reflective account will
be elaborating and revolving around the same. At the end an action plan have also been prepared
future development and growth.
APPRENTICE CHALLENGE
How did I analyse and strategize this challenge?
The apprentice challenge is a critical concept as it focuses upon developing effective
communication skills and inspiring the people working as a team or as an individual to come
with innovative and creative ideas in order to address the problem. This is an helpful approach
which enable the individuals as well as teams to learn and work towards specific business
objectives and agenda.

TEAMWORK
The team working skin considered as a major player while dealing with apprentice
challenge as it enable me as an individual to gather my team members and effectively divide all
the work amongst them in order to to reach towards the objective and perform in an effective
manner.
BUSINESS SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 Communication skills/Emotional Intelligence- The skill which is very important and
related with apprentice challenge is communication ability for the capability e of
conducting effective conversation. Through this challenge I identify that communication
is a very important tool for an individual in order to grow professionally and to make sure
that everyone are understanding what I am trying to communicate to them as a team
member.
