Executive Summary There are several type of challenges that a student need to undergo in order to develop a personality that will further help in future professional prospects. Three types of challenges are taken in this report so that the individual can grow from different prospects of management and business. These three challenges requires several set of skills, these skills are covered in the report. The apprenticeship challenge, presentation challenge and T-shirt challenge is taken along with an action plan so that a proper growth structure of individual can be made.

INTRODUCTION This report is based on the three prominent challenges that are faced by the individuals while their graduating(DePaoli and et. al., 2018).The very first challenge that the student faces is the apprenticeship challenge, this helps in the academic career in which the different government agency gives suitable support to the students in their academic life so that they can gain a good job. Further the test also considers the portfolio and the reflection based on the presentation challenge. The t- shirt challenge is further performed, which is a noticeable action that prominently links with the enhancement of the t-shirt brand that considers the monetary projections. MAIN BODY The three prominent challenges delta will be using in enhancing my learning skills are discussed below, the three challenges are helpful in my academic and professional career growth. Apprentice challenge This challenge is quite imperative and is also considered as the prominent strategy of LSST which considers the prominent activities that are helpful in deciding the prominent decisions by taking consideration of the benefits of partner (Dewa and et. al., 2020).Further the challenges faced are discussed below: Communication skills-this is one of the most essential skill that is required in learning as it helps in establishing clarity among the receiver and the sender of information. This skill will be helpful for me in development of my career as this skill will generate more and more opportunities in the industry. Teamwork-This skill refers to the important role that an individual plays in order to work and accomplish goals in a team. This is another one of the most essential skill that is required in order to make growth in professional life. Time management-this refers to the ability of using time in an effective manner so that I can accomplish all the necessary and essential tasks. For this challenge, the effective allocation and classification of work is essential. 2

Presentation In this challenge the company analyses the situation that is there in the industry, further they evaluate their performance with their competitors (Hunter and Cook, 2018). The business purpose and the challenge emphasised on the existing operations of Tesco undertakes certain recommendations did the company need to follow in order to enhance the needs to follow in order to enhance their performance in the market Business skills-I have further given several presentations in different types of seminar which undertakes the importance that the business strategies hold in increasing the effectiveness. This effectively considers the several types of points that are helpful in clarifying the concept. Time management-This is undertaken as one of the most essential concept which will be helpful for me in order to give a suitable presentation. I need to effectively manage the time on different slides that I have prepared so that I can well present my presentation. Communication skills-This will again be one of the most essential skill in giving a presentation as I need to communicate the different aspects to the listeners. My ideas will be communicated with the help of good oral and written skills. To give an effective presentation I have worked on my communication skills so that i can good confidence. T-shirt challenge This challenge is prominently linked with the analysis that is performed on the logo of a brand by considering the name of Allstar. The challenge that I undertook was need to accomplish within a budget of $250, I was supposed to identify the target market of Tesco for their T-shirts. I was supposed to apply my finance skills along with the marketing skills so that an effective allocation of budget can be done along with the identification of right target market. The target market for Tesco was the young individuals that are conscious about the environmental concerns. For serving this purpose a capital ‘T’ is used as a logo of the company so that it can attract more customers towards their products and services. I significantly used MS Excel in forming a budget for the challenge so that I can make sure that the funds are well allocated. Communication skills-Communication was treated as one of the most essential skill which I used in communicating the budget and ideas in the T-shirt challenge. Through this skill I was able to well allocate funds in the challenge which was a very essential point of the whole challenge. 3
Time management-I was required to manage my time so that I can do all the required activities in this challenge. A successful completion of all of these activities helped in completion of the final goal that was needed to be achieved(Monagle and et. al., 2018). Business skills-This skill was highly used in allocating funds and other financial activities that was there in the whole challenge. This skill was also helpful in determining the right target market for product. Through this I was able to manage all the operations of the business and implement different strategies in the model. Evaluate the Tuckman’s theory for teamwork Forming-This is the foremost step in which the leader leads the team by considering the knowledge and skills of the employees. I need to actively perform this step as my team members are dependent on me and I need to classify and divide their roles and functions in accomplishing the required task.Storming-This effectively considers the strong relation of the team members by taking consideration of the suitable position of the team members in performing the prominent activities.Norming-In this stage I am required to take prominently challenges and make decisions on based of these challenges (Sandri, Holdsworth and Thomas, 2018). Further delegate the work to the associates so that the work can be done and a team spirit is built. 4
Performing-This step involves development of new strategies and further application of these strategies to overcome the respective challenge. Action Plan Specific-The objective for the whole process must be specific, the suitable skills and competencies needs to be developed in order to perform well in the university. Measurable- The objective is measurable as I am looking to score good marks in my exams and further I am looking to develop more of communication skills. Achievable-The above stated objective and goals are achievable as the main task is focused on developing skills and scoring good marks in my academics. Relevant-The skills and knowledge that I am developing during the process is relevant as this will be helpful for me in my professional life. All of these skills will be extensively used in my professional life. Time bound-I am required to achieve these objectives within 8 months. CONCLUSION From the above discussion it can be concluded that the apprenticeship challenge was successful and it was also helpful in developing the suitable skills and knowledge which can be further used in the professional life. Through presentation challenge, several skills such as communication and teamwork was developed which was used in presenting the reports to the users. The T-shirt challenge helpful in majorly enhancing the business skills as there were several skills such as finance and marketing was used. The preparation of budget helped in establishing a clear vision for the whole process and challenge. Along with this MS Excel was also used in preparation of budget, the funds were allocated to different activities with the help of MS Excel. 5
