This assessment will be an evaluation of different skills and values in a learning phase of
a student. These skills and values are comprised of time management, communication skills,
teamwork, intelligence etc. The report will determine the need for these skills and values in
growth process of an individual as well as group/organisation. The reflection assessment
determines the barriers faced by individuals in their learning phase with the lack of these skills
and values. Furthermore, action plan is provided with exploration of activities and their
relevancy in achievement of these skills by an individual. Every phase of life cycle be it an
individual or an organisation has a impact of these essential skills and values (Cheng, Tsai, and
Liang, 2019).
Main Body
Apprenticeship and presentation challenge- The mentioned challenge was provided to
me in order to enhance the professional skills. At the time of doing this challenge in
LLST helped me lot in increase the knowledge regarding to professional courses and
management criteria. My experience was so memorable at the time of doing the
challenge. At the time of apprenticeship challenge I faced several challenges in regard to
courses and other technological process, but with the help of highly skilled authority has
supported me several times. It enhanced my knowledge regarding to the institutional
working, their campuses as well as about the courses that offer to the students. At the
time of dong such challenge I learned about managing the time as well as learned the skill
in regard to course that offers by the mentioned institute. Overall this challenge created
several positive aspect in regard to my educational career and enhanced my knowledge.
By the presentation and apprenticeship challenge gain me the insights of company
workings as well as created the skills for developing the internal environment analysis.
In future these type of learning skills will help in order to create effective report. At the
time of performing such task I gained skill for how to identify the market trend and other
factors that influenced the businesses. These tasks gives the proper information in regard
to how any uncertain situation can effect the company operations (Fearon, and et. al,
2020).

T-shirt challenge-
T shirt challenge can be characterized as one of the most creative challenges conducted within
the graduation period. In this challenge, we were facilitated with the opportunity to create
innovative T- Shirts in order to attract the potential consumers to the same. In this challenge, we
opted for white coloured T-Shirt. A kitten was printed on the T-Shirt eating a pudding. It was a
very creative challenge and it helped us to channelize our creativity to an optimum extent
(Fernandez, and et. al., 2019).
This challenge helped to enhance by creativity skills and allowed me to indemnify the viewpoint
and explore creative ideas with my team members.
My team building ability was accelerated through the given challenge as I was paired up with
various creativity led peers who helped me to elevate my innovation capabilities.
We completed this project timely as we allotted several deadlines for each of the task within the
given challenge (Grover, and et. al., 2018).
3.Analysis of Each Challenge from a business angle and knowledge gained from
about how businesses actually work.
Branding
the t-shirt which designed with the group contain the logo of kitten on cake at white t-shirt .This
design attracts the several customer because of the unique formation. The branding is the process
that done by the companies in order to attracts the number of customers towards using their
products.
The target audience for this t-shirt is all age groups from kids to adult as well senior citizen.
We will use the premium pricing strategy in order to influence all the targeted audience. By
setting the unique logo design and suitable price helped us in order to create the effective
demand in the market (Hadiyanto, and et. al., 2018).
Finance
At the time of doing the challenge I learned several new things and gained the favourable
information about the financial attributes. By setting the financial goals and proper budget plan
helped in order to create the effective marketing strategy to enhance the business operations.

Team development is one of the most important process for every business
which we seen In above challenges. To ensures the perfect team work in business
operations five stages plays essential role which is forming, storming, norming,
performing and adjourning. These five stages helped thew business in order to create
the effective framework for completion of tasks. In first stage team are selected
according to the task requirement and essential strategy developed. The next stage
work in order to enhance the team performance. In next stage it ensures to eliminate
every conflicts that can be arise in team and form the familiar environment for every
team individual. The next stage ensures the team tends to perform their task with focus
in order to achieve the goal. At last the termination of stage is performed after the
compilation of task and team assigns for the new project(Tawash, and et. al., 2021).
