INTRODUCTION
Graduate employments market is referred as the students who are studying a specific
degree subjects which helps in lead the dream jobs and career and get degree to become success
in the employments world. After graduation, graduate employments level fall in the such
categories that includes the direct job entry and graduate training schemes or internship periods.
This report will choose the hospitality industry and discussed the graduate employments markets
and emerge trends. This report will elaborate the statical information of graduate employment in
hospitality industry, graduate soft skills requirements and recommend for the recruitment's
strategy.

Statistical information on graduate employment
In hospitality industry, graduate employments in United Kingdom fall for the graduate
training schemes and direct job entry. There were 2.55 million jobs in the employments industry
and it represents the 7.1% of United Kingdom employments. The hospitality industry is
consisted the higher portions of foreign born worker, part-time workers, younger workers and
workers from the minority as compared to another sectors in United Kingdom (Atef, 2018).
Median value hourly pay low in hospitality industry as compared to another industry.
There are various numbers of jobs increased in this sector. In previous years the number of job in
hospitality industry was around 2 million and now it was increased by 20% represents 2.5
million. Hospitality industry consist the third largest employments in United Kingdom.
According to the ONS, 54% of the hospitality jobs in 2020 were part-time and 46% were
full time. In previous year 2019, 35% of employees in the hospitality sectors were 16-24 aged as
compared to across all the industry and sectors (Boella and Goss-Turner, 2019). In the context of
ethnicity, 17% of graduate employees in the industry were from the minority ethical background
as compared to 13% of all graduate employee in United Kingdom. All graduate employment
from minority background 7% workers in the hospitality industry. In the hospitality industry, the
many numbers of employees on the payrolls is increasing and supporting that vacancies re
gradually being filled but it very difficult go for the hospitality industries to filled vacant jobs.
