The research question: As leader what can we do to motivate these young soldiers and
have them take pride in the uniform they represent?
With reference to the study on leadership styles and development, the research
question have been developed implying to the analysis of given references that adhere to the
topic and exemplifies the need of organizational leadership.
The central theme of the literature sources being analyzed for the research revolves
around the significance of leadership in life. It is not only about life that people adhere to
certain unchanged circumstances but also making decisions at every step of life. The paper
written by Maurer, Hartnell & Lippstreu (2017) discusses about the significance of model
leadership in motivating the error free operations and decisions in management. The youth is
addressed to have the most vulnerable source of indulging in to multiple tasks and tends to
deviate from their central motive. Hence, creating a leadership model that enhances the
capability of concentration on objective fulfilling is necessary. On the other hand, the article
written by Schroth (2019) sheds light on the generation gap and its impact on labor market.
The pattern of behavior is analyzed to have specified characteristics that gives rise to
different emergent consequences.
Leadership is more about understanding and responding to occurring events in life
rather than following set of stated theories. With days passing, change in the economic
conditions of the market is bringing change in the behavior of youth that is creating a
suggestion of adapting flexible leadership styles (Appelbaum et al. 2015). With reference to
different leadership styles and theories stated, management can differentiate the personality
of the leader and predict their next step. However, the world is getting adaptive to unique
leadership stories that seems to have no relevance with stated facts (Storey, 2016).

The impact of generation change, change in culture, change in environment and
change in time is certainly creating huge differences in human perception (Yahaya &
Ebrahim, 2016). The thought process vary from person to person and each instances
witnessed about management refers to a new style. Interpersonal communication,
development of mind, enhanced thoughts and innovation is the new source of the new
generation. It believes more in practicality than theoretical approach. Hence, with
development as well as variation of human perception, consequent impact is created on
management styles, needs and theories of a person in leading a situation or an organization
(Komives, 2016).
As far as the conclusion is concerned, according to the analyzed literary sources, it is
evident that leadership has imposed highest significant need in every perspective of life.
Personal to professional, long-term decision making to urgency management, leadership
skills finds its use in every sphere of human life. The thesis has been conducted on a specified
group of people and is not bound of limitations for new perceptions. Hence, the contradiction
arises here to analyses the perception of rest of the individual group of leaders for predicting
a different side of the story and new theories to be evolved.
