How I contribute
My deliverables
In this group project I have contributed by structuring different parts namely introduction,
objectives of the project of my own while for some other parts like justification of the dataset
and discussion of the dashboard with my team member Shravan. As this work needs extensive
data collection and collating the same to reach the coveted inference, the part of data collection
and collating the same for making the dashboard demands team work which I and Shravan had
taken care. The graphical presentation of the collected data had been done by us to make the
presentation more interesting, informative and eye-catching. (University, 2017)
My value addition
As this job is assigned to contribute in learning outcome, the learning outcomes will be
contributed to my knowledge through group effort. There are two components of LO will be
added to my knowledge- Unit Learning Outcome (ULO3) and Graduate Learning outcome
(GLO7). This project is based on Watson Analytics Tool which is equipped to find out the
learning of the lessons between the lines with the probable prediction of the dangerous elements
of the environment through the data set hosen for this consideration. Watson Analytics Tools has
the capacity to provide the best possible way to infer with the discussion. I have learnt the basics
of this tool and applied the same to contribute in the assignment. My contributory parts of
introduction and objectives of this assignment are done on the basis of the collection of data
which can direct this assignment towards its coveted destination of inference. Introduction is
required to make the reader understand for what purpose this assignment is made and through
which tools the justification of input will be justified with the coveted destination of drawing the
inference. To make the assignment more focused, the objective of the paper is to be mentioned
with the key points of deliverance with subsequent desired level of results to assess the success
of the assignment. My contribution towards justification of the dataset is the pillar of this
assignment as the same had made foundation of the assignment with my part of contribution to
the field of discussion of the created dataset. These parts had contributed to this assignment in

order to make the reader understand the grimness of the situation with the effect of different
dangerous emissions to affect the air of the world like CO2, Methane etc, and provide the role of
alternative energy in the daily human life. (IBM, 2016)
Challenges faced by me
Watson Analytics tool is vast and its proper application is really challenging. This IBM tools to
justify the skills of analysis is most modern technique which can derive the worth of the analysis
with particular outcome of the project. Moreover the dataset collection is also challenging
because we have to consider different dataset for different zone and time frame to collate them
for final inference to be drawn.
X Factors
This assignment is made considering different dataset and thus it becomes time taking. Main
criterion to consider the dataset is to find the data of three parameters- zone, time and the results
derived from this analysis. Hence, committed effort with application of mind was needed to
complete this assignment. With our team, the same had been taken care with professional
efficiency. (Friedrich Lindenberg, 2015)
Self Learning
This assignment demands critical analysis of dataset gathered through Watson Analytics skill.
Through this assignment I am able to learn team work as well as personal expertise on the tool
used for analysis. This job is related to environmental pollution and dataset is to be organized for
the completion of assignment with positive inference. Main objective of this assignment is to
find out the impact of different factors which are doing harm to the environment in the form of
emission of different gases along with the implication of alternative energy to replace the
conventional energy sources. All these factors are to be considered while preparing for the
dataset and collating through the process of Watson Analytics skills. The dashboards are
presented for pictorial presentation which can contribute to the assignment with the ready to
understand situation for the dataset collected and collated for this assignment. For this
assignment everybody of the team had contributed and my personal knowledge grew by learning
Watson Analytics system and the skill for collating to this assignment the dataset to form the

dashboards. The outcome of Watson Analytics Skills applied to this assignment has produced
different images by producing four analytics made for four different properties of the dataset,
considered for this assignment. Main factors considered for this purpose are pollution of air,
emission of CO2, use of conventional energy of electricity and its access for the zones selected
and the provision of non conventional energy to replace conventional energy.
Contribution of my Peers
This group assignment demands contribution of every member-either individually or
collectively. For the entire assignment, I have made justification of dataset and discussion of the
dashboard with Shravan. As these are the pillars of this assignment, my peers’ contribution is
significant to conclude the assignment with proper inference. Puneet had taken charge of
preparing Dashboard 4 and benefits of predictive and social analysis of the dataset analysis with
conclusion for this assignment. The teammates had given equal efforts for this assignment with
their sincerity, diligence and professionalism as this assignment demands such efforts from the
preparers of the project. (Team, 2015)
