Introduction
GRD Corporation is a well-established company that focuses on carrying out wide range
of projects. The main aim of the assessment is to determine the gap analysis within the GRD
Corporation so that it becomes easy to manage the overall performance. It has been observed that
there is a need to manage the constraints that are impacting the overall performance of the GRD
Corporation. The report will focus on uncovering the key reasons that are behind the issues faced
by the corporation. For the purpose of obtaining details interview will be conducted so that it
becomes easy to manage the way project managers needs to execute the overall productivity.
The survey will be carried out in different phases so that it becomes easy to manage the different
functions associated with the GRD Corporation. The survey that is going to be carried out fr
analyzing the issues are divided into 5 parts. The first survey is for determining the profile of the
project managers. The second survey will focus on investigating the depth of planning the GRD
project. The third survey is about monitoring and execution the project. The fourth survey will be
carried out for understanding the team management importance and the last will be carried out
for understanding the importance of human resources.
