The thesis highlights the variables regarding green building technologies of Australia. The research aims to identify general challenges or adversities to effective policy adoption of initiatives in green building. The main challenges or hurdles confronted in the adoption of policies and implementation of Green Building Technologies in the construction industry of Australia. The primary data analysis discovered that adoption of economic costs and prices, financial schemes and supports, lack of interest towards green buildings, adoption of technologies towards green technologies and inadequate support towards green technology of Australia is present significantly.
