Grief refers to the healing process which is a natural
part whereas loss refers to an inevitable part of life.
There are many reason for grief which can be loss of
loved one, loss of long-held dream, loss of health and
many more. It is highly difficult to deal with loss of
personal life which includes loss of close friend, the
serious illness of loved ones and so on.

Kurt Fearnley is an athlete who is a wheelchair racer
and has won gold medal at Paralympic Games. He has a
congenital disorder which made him disable to perform
some activity due to impact of lower spine and his
sacrum. He has shared his experience which is
motivating and provides learning that never give up. He
has given his best and has passed through many
difficulty and other social and psychosocial problems
during his life journey.
