Introduction
During my internship at Port Of Fujairah Company, I was fortunate to know personally
various aspects of what is happening in the company, the general procedure for the organization,
establishment and completion of the company, as well as the work and details continue at each
stage. Another important exercise I learned in the last 12 weeks was the wide range of work that
an engineer needs, helping me to better understand the different types of work and
responsibilities that I could do as an electrical engineer [1].
E1). Applying Ethics in the workplace
Remembering my first day of work, it was one of the most significant days of my
working time. After meeting everyone, I was given a delicate question in which I was asked
suggestions on how to improve certain parts of the task wherever I felt appropriate, as well as my
feelings about the company as a whole [2]. They were extremely open and happy that I was able
to contribute as much as I needed and were available for any recommendation and reflection. It
made me feel good immediately and certainly made me feel part of a group.
As I continued to interact with professionals I realized it is also essential to have basic
and specific data that you need to work with in the immediate neighborhood. When a pioneer
does not have substantial specific training, he or she becomes a goal at the root of the imbalance
between the people he or she leads. For example, employees say, "Why would you say you were
a pioneer when I consider myself incredibly superior to him? In this particular case, I thought I
would do an excellent job on board because we had the opportunity to do what we did at the
beginning of my work, when I was dominant [3].
During the seven days of main work to complete the delicate phase, I was impressed with
the work and the obligations imposed on me, but with the help of my managers and supervisors,

who had long periods of involvement in the business, I felt increasingly secure and supported
because I already knew that my work would be checked twice and any vulnerabilities were
explained [4]. Looking at them and benefiting from them, I understood how to get advice and
learn different skills, from how to transmit and manage different organizations, to reading and
interpreting a variety of plans.
E2) Undertaking engineering activities
It was a pleasure for me to get out of the competition during the first two weeks because
it made me use all the methods I had studied at university for each construction boom, to be
more precise: geotechnical, construction, hydrological and transportation technologies that had
been developed for us [5]. I understand that this is unlikely to be equivalent throughout the
world, and civil engineers can usually concentrate on a single stream, but I was pleased to have
had the opportunity to use all my hypothetical knowledge and apply it in real life circumstances
[6].
Another important exercise I learned from my work was the experience and the
perception that in practice, especially in the main phases of performing some tasks, things can
change quickly and significantly. Another exercise I learned from this was whether there were
vulnerabilities, from the fact that the study was rejected by a few millimeters to the fact that the
materials selected for a particular part of the intervention were unsatisfactory, they generally had
to be tested in different cases and from high-level sources before they could draw conclusions,
especially if they were presented to the client [7].
However, I have several regions with the most visible progress I can make, including
dynamic development and ingenuity; experience and improvement of a reasonable and
convincing vision of the future; formation of successful and self-improved communication and
