Old members can renew their membership cards. Members can book for tournaments, view schedules, and view their team members and coaches. Target user groups include golf players, staff, and coaches. Usability objectives include registration, booking for training and tournaments, payment, and renewal of membership card. Ideation/design process tools used include brainstorming, prototypes, and use cases. Theoretical foundations include human factors, mental models, and embodied interaction.
